Review
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is great for tracking all our commitments and direct costs especially in such a rapidly moving industry like construction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes system is slow. Specifically, I have a custome report designed for outstanding lien waivers that need to be issued. This can take several minutes to upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to budget, track committments, make projections for all our construction projects.
Rough Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the 21st c interview and large buttons for the field staff
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a rough implementation of Procore in our company, however, i would still recommend the software as the support is great and they always respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Billing efficiency. Reporting efficiency. Speed of Reporting.
ProCore Makes Estimating Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love that ProCore does a great job of breaking groups up, so I know exactly where to look for certain resources on a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that it can be a bit confusing at times if you’re new to the software, just because there are so many categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ProCore has made my job as an estimator extremely easy because of the ease of access.

Make sure to use ProCore’s excellent customer service as a resource.
Good, but plain
What do you like best about the product?
their dropwdown menus are helpful and having that welcome screen at each job with an overall view and summary of it is useful but could be more friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
cant compare sheets to review if changes have been made, where and what impacts. the notification buttom, once clicked, never seems to close. the overall fell of it seems kind of bland, like missing life or something, could be more friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping up to date with the most current set of drawings, having the submittal logs built is helpful as well. I was able to review drawings, as a sub, before going into our own engineering after the bid process to review if there were changes and avoid rework.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ask for an in depth demo to see if it would be a good fit first. There are similar softwares out there, but this one seems to certainly be in the top 3
Good software, but needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate and makes it very easy to remember the folders as they are intuitively placed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really hate that I can not download right from it and it first sends the link to download on my email. It is very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage all my documents, and get to see all the weekly updates from other teams here.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the software is so easy to use, clear to distinguish between committments and direct cost, easy to view the budget, caught on to adeptly navigate software fairly quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support could be better. Have had to wait a long time for basic questions to be answered at times.

How to account most effectively in our construction company which always has new things happening that PC always seems to accommodate for
Best in Class Construction Mgmt Tool, Today and Beyond
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is built with efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility at every corner of construction management workflows. It saves an unbelievable amount of hours for all levels of workers, and cuts down on multiple-entered data and displays it in meaningful, useful ways that make people more effective at their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some really valuable features exist in some workflows but not in others, so it can be disappointing to find that you can't do something in one application versus another. But there is a strong, effective customer feedback network that is very receptive to improvements like this so that Procore can continue improving at a greater speed than its competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save hours at my job by not having to do multiple data entry or spend extra time updating obvious details on reports and transmittals. This allows me extra time to focus on more high-dollar challenges and higher priorities while Procore takes care of most easy edits and organization on its own.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is far ahead of its competitors and will continue to widen that gap for the next decade due to the level of collaboration and culture in the Procore user community that no other tool like this has.

The software monitors the team as changes happen,makes data driven decision and accurately forcast to future proof margin,access the right tool to procurement easily through mobile devices whenever the user is at any time.

More people still need to be traines on how the softwarr is used and also it is costy int

The software ensures real time communication across the procurement team and across latest information hence time job accomplishment.It protects the user from suprise cost with real time updates and unlimited documentation

The software is of great importance ti the organization since it identifies potential issues and theit impact to schedule and budget ana also avoid unwanted surprises with better vissibility hence i recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access the entire project from my mobile device.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I don't like, but if pressed to nit-pick I would say there are some discrepancies between the mobile version and the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply put Procore is information at the fingertips of everyone on the project. And this helps reduce the information gathering portion of the project.

Procore seems to be the construction industry standard software.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is pretty user friendly and you can access all of the projects, purchase orders, and submittals through one easy app. You can also sign into it online which makes working on the go a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a lot that I dislike, just some features like not being able to select items to delete at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking a project from start to finish is a huge benefit, that was a good problem solver.
