What do you like best about the product?
Procore uses technology integration very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features on the mobile app that could be adjusted. They need to add more features to draw and edit drawings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RFI's and submittals are very easy to access.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is the opportunity to create custom reports and make the program what works best for your company. The support team is also VERY helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of the program can be a little inefficient but they're functions I rarely use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Field usage is really awesome and helpful!
Top of the Line Construction Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
It is a completely comprehensive construction software, there is not a day as a project manager you will not use the system. In addition to the basic necessities like daily logs, submittal, RFI, Commitment, Change management, and document management the integrations with our accounting and estimating softwares have stream lined many processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company does mostly CM work, with this the Preconstruction aspect in Procore is lacking.
Also the costs will be limiting for many potential customers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Procore our company has become more uniform with our presentation and processes, this had made employees more efficient and created a higher quality of management output.
When we ask, Procore listens and evolves.
What do you like best about the product?
The app integrations, training options, Groundbreak, and the support provided by our representatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still some improvements to be made in the directory and drawings modules. We also run into lags with the accounting portion on occasion, which holds up work until the issues are resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to streamline processes into one application, and store all of our documentation in a centralized location, saving us an immense amount of time. Performing closeout is becoming easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest in the app integrations and in-depth training.
THE COMPLETE PACKAGE
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is the best of the breed with all the necessary construction management tasks covered in one package
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to say about this. The updates come often based on user feedback so you need to keep up with the changes to make sure you are using the software to its fullest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paperless and coordination with all the other team members (architects, engineers, subcontractors and owners in one intuitive package

Make the switch right now! GREAT customer service and the complete integrated package of everything you need to run a project.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is easy to use. It is generally intuitive and makes the project organization simple to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to get the entire project team using it correctly, which limits efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a lot nice features that I used to use several different programs for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If possible, do a full implementation of the software. There will be growing pains but the benefits will outweigh clinging to your old way of doing things.

What do you like best about the product?
That Procore has changed how Jobs are run these days. To be onsite and have everything to you at the click of a button is a game changer. If you go back 5-10 years ago and what you had to do onsite to get details, submittals, or drawings on the site you would have to go back into your trailer get on your computer and look up all this information. With Procore this helps save time and have all of your information on the server were you can reach it anywhere. I wouldn't go back to the old ways if you paid me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only really knock I have on it is the schedule. If you could actually build the schedule and change the schedule on Procore that would be great. The Procore Sync does go down a lot of the time also. There has been many times where we have been on the phone with techs. Other than that I think Procore is great!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Different drawings. Making sure that everyone is running off the same drawings and that they are syncing there information so they can get all the latest PR's, RFI's Submittals.

I like that it offers some very good features - both on the desk top app and on the PROCORE mobile app- both devices are very useful!!
What do you dislike about the product?
That email is not on the Mobile app - yet! And Procore needs to take advantage to the need for it to build, grow, and maintain a Solid nationwide Bidding tool(s)…...etc..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped create processes to help us meet our State and OSHA's requirements brought about because of COVID-19

Do your due diligence to compare many systems like PROCORE as there is no one perfect system!

What do you like best about the product?
Great to have drawings in one place along with submittals, RFIs, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most contractors are old school and not tech savvy at all. It is tough to deal with them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Budgets never match up with our accounting dept budget.

The Best Construction Project Management Software I have EVER used!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is not only easy and intuitive to use, but the customer service is awesome too! They give their users the chance to make suggestions on how to improve the software, and the actually really evaluate the suggestions, they put the suggestions to get feedback to other users to find out the overall audience for such an improvement, and they actually make changes. That is my favorite part of being a Procore user. The tools that are available for the project managers, superintendents, and all users are exactly what you need to effectively run a construction project from start to finish, and for our group the ERP integration is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything in particular that stands out that I dislike, the only thing that has been frustrating at times, is that the build out of the ERP integration is phased so there are certain tools in Procore that have not linked or "talked" to our accounting software as quickly as others, but the other option would have been to wait for a full buildout, and that could have posed a different set of problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to build best practices for our organization around the use of Procore, ensuring consistency across the board, particularly at a time of intense organizational growth when it can be difficult to keep processes consistent across a large group of new employees, and old employees who are married to their way of doing things. This tool has definitely helped with that, which across the board leads to gains in time management, in reporting, and in results to our Owners and Clients
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use your customer implementation repo and customer success rep, don't struggle through questions or problems.
They are there to help, and very happy to do so. Make sure that when you are able to customize and make things easy on your future self (creating custom commitment forms, creating a "New Project" template, etc.) that you take a few minutes on the front end to do so. It is very helpful.
