Great Product for Project Management!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Procore is the ability to access everything related to the job while in the field. Supervisors can send RFI's, look at submittals, and access the plans and specifications right from their mobile phone or tablet. With Procore mobile, you can always have important project information at your fingertips. You can assigns tasks to specific individuals and Procore tracks the tasks and reminds the assigned person if it is not completed by the required date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that there is anything in particular that I dislike about Procore other than it does have a learning curve. You must dive in and get "hands on" with it to really pick up on it. I have been using it for around three years now and I still have a lot to learn. As with all new technology, some of the more seasoned people in the construction industry struggle with the concept of integrating this great product into our field of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has impacted the way our company functions greatly. It helps keep the A/E firm, owner, project manager, superintendent, and subcontractors on the same page. The fact that all facets of the project can be maintained within Procore has been a huge benefit to how our firm operates. Reminders are also a huge help with managing things such as submittals, RFIs, punchlists, and observations. Once a person or company is assigned to an item, they will received notifications once the item has reached it's due date.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are on the fence about getting involved with Procore, I would highly recommend that you jump aboard.
A great tool to have for a job site.
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app is the item that i use the most with procore it is very helpful being able to look up anything about your job in the palm of your hand
What do you dislike about the product?
The item that i dislike is the i wish more subcontractors have this item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the drawings always updating is very helpful and for the subcontractors to be able to see the same folder.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of searching through drawings is helpful. The punchlist function is also extremely helpful and makes it easy to communicate your punchlist to subcontractors. The organization of RFIs and Submittals makes it easy to keep everything organized in one place as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I need to return to a page I was searching through it does not go back to where I was. Sometimes Procore can be extremely slow likely due to the server.

Procore helps with punch list to make it easier

Procore is a professional tool used by Engineers, Architects, Quantity Surveyors among many other professionals within the construction industries.
This tool has a very strong coordination ability, which provides a great communication within different projects members.
Data transfare from and to other various tools, resources allocating tool and very reliable for tracking different activities running within the construction projects.

None seriously. Procore is the best tool for easy collaboration, management and an easy tool to set up.

For the Projects Managers, Procore is the solution you need for easy and effective projects management leading to final productive projects or development and its an easy tool for any user.
Procore for the win in all aspects of job from start to end.
What do you like best about the product?
Mainly the ease of using the program across all trades, drawings, request, schedules and countless more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only somewhat dislike in it was having to wait for certain processes in doing request from who starts it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest pro was being able to cross with other trades in live time to be able to handle any number of conflicts and get the job done smoother.

Learn everything you can it will make everything much easier in the long run.

There is nothing I dislike. I have no complaints.

Submittal tracking and RFI coordination have been streamlined.
One-Stop Shop
What do you like best about the product?
You can take a project from its inception to its completion all within procore. You dont need any other software to navigate the many aspects of a construction project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions aren't very intuitive without watching tons videos to learn them all. (Great once you do though) Sometimes you have to go back and forth through screens to figure out why "errors" are happening. Trial and error by some cases. Theres not always a clear cut answer on the support FAQ's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with subs and clients has been a breeze which has allowed production to increase. Utilizing document sharing and approving through procore is a great feature

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service is top notch. I have never worked with a software company that has such a knowledgeable support team. The product is easy to use and our field loves it. The BIM modeling is a new feature we just purchased and our field is so excited to start using it. Being able to enter time, view drawings, create submittals and complete a punch list all in one place makes life so much easier. We evaluated so many systems and nothing compared to Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated with Viewpoint Vista a little easier than it does. I wish it could do more markups on drawings than it currently can. Many of our guys will pull it out of Procore and mark it up in Bluebeam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's one complete place for our field to document, communicate, and review drawings and bim models. It makes office to field communications so much easier. It has helped our company to standardize documentation, forms and data that flows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a fantastic product with amazing support. I am so glad we decided to go with Procore. We are in the process of evaluating additional features of the product, including Bid Management and Financial Management.

None that I’ve encountered. Their customer service is great and any time I run into an issue, they are quick to get me on the right track.

It has enabled us to quickly and easily track and share information both within our company and with project owners

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is comprehensive, collaborative and innovative. The entire Procore staff is customer focused and always working to provide value to the end user.

Procore is an incredible software with a lot of diverse tools but each tool is lacking in some ways. It is hard to perfect such a detailed platform.
