Best in-class PMIS Solution for Construction
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a fully integrated, one-stop solution for Construction Project Management. There isn't much of a need to look elsewhere, as they have all the tools available for you. However, you can pick and choose modules, and even bolt on existing solutions, such as ERPs in order to fully compliment your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall cost of Procore can be considered pricey if you don't fully understand the value and ROI gained. Additionally, the ability to customize your "package" would be great, rather than having to buy specific packages to get the tools you truly require for your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows us to increase visability and strengthen communications. It has significantly increased our collaboration on our projects as well. We are holding people more accountable, both internally and externally. Tracking who's court items are in, and even expediting answers, requirements and results as the outcome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your homework on all solutions you are reviewing. Investigate ease of use, reviews and ROI when making your decision. Also, determine your security requirements for sharing information with others when reviewing any system you are purchasing.

Revolving updates based on community feedback

Price sometimes seems to not be beneficial to larger companies

We can handle our PM workflow as well as their extensive training catalog to make experts out of anyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get into the training modules prior to needing to. There's a lot of great information to be had for those interested.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is our "one stop shop" for getting all the relevant information about the status and progress of our progress across our entire company. It's easy to use for the field and powerful enough for our office staff to accomplish what they need on a day to day basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore pushes a lot of changes quite quickly and it can make your hear spin if you are not on top of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have multiple pieces of software to manage the various parts of a project. Our email and our document storage was the only source of truth for a particular piece of information. Now with Procore, conversations, budgets, drawings, documents, and many other pieces of our projects are all in one place and easy to find. It has greatly increased our efficiency purely from the ability to find information faster that we know is up to date.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many users and companies out there that use Procore and are more than willing to share about their experiences. Don't be afraid to ask for help since the community is more than willing to do so.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore's mobile app allows me to view drawings, RFI's, Punchlist, etc on the go around the jobsite. It is amazing to have a full set of prints in the palm of your hand. Being able to create punchlist items and RFIs while in the field saves a lot of time too. Plus you can add photos in real-time instead of having to download them to the computer later. Overall it makes managing the job site much easier and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any complaints right now with Procore!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily progress photos, Punchlist, Drawing Review. It has saved so much time with daily tasks, and having everything in one place makes it simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will save a lot of time doing daily tasks, everything you need is in one place. Procore is constantly being updated and getting new features to improve it even more.
Procore a great solution
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use on Procore has been something that has made a huge difference in my job. From working in the office to carrying Procore out to the field, we use it every day. One thing that I like best is the markup tools that you can use directly on the drawings and send them right out to the field or from the field to the office straight from the Procore app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only thing I dislike would be, that I don't know the full range of what Procore can do. I know there are some areas that I am not using enough, which only makes me want to learn more about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem solving just comes easy, we do all our POs inside of Procore which communicates directly with sage, there is no double entry. It is also just an easy source of data entry, without it we would have excel files and word documents floating everywhere.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it. Have them walk you through a project and let them show you how it comes together.
User Friendly Project Management System
What do you like best about the product?
The Invoice Tool on Procore is my favorite. Being able to track all of my subcontractor's in one place, and then pull the costs into the Owner Pay Application , is a huge advantage.
The Reports Tool is something we use to gather information for internal and eternal meetings. We have the flexibility to share a massive amount of information, all in 1 report.
The Live Chat feature has been useful to me on so many different occasions.

What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part, if there is anything that we, as a company dislike about Procore, we've been able to speak to our Account Manager and find a solution. I hated the Configurable View on the Owner Invoice. It's now been upgraded and will be something we use on all Owner Billing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently had a problem with ROM on a Change Event. The amount was doubling up in a Budget View that we had Procore create for us (another added bonus of Procore). I could not figure out what the problem was. I reached out to my Account Manager, and within minutes had an answer that fixed the problem! ( I needed to close out my Change Event)
Having access to Live Chat, the Certifications, and Webinars is a great benefit.
Procore has also integrated with numerous companies. We currently are integrated with Docusign, which i highly recommend. We are also looking into Lienwaivers by Built

Document sharing, budget, etc all in one place

Some functions are not available for what we need them for-we have to customize tools to fit our needs more than I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document/Info sharing with field and GC is smoother
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to do the training videos ahead of using, they are super helpful. Also, make sure others are trained before using in the field

What do you like best about the product?
One stop-shop that is internet based and accessible at all times.

Reporting has some deficiencies that make it difficult to customize formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest item we have seen improvement on is quality. The Procore Tools and ability to log any and all issues/ideas has been a tremendous help with solving/preventing quality issues.
Easy, User Friendly Product that Gets the Job Done
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is easy to use. can cover everything from Bidding, to Contracting, to Field Work. Procore can be accessed from any device. All documents are located in one single interface. The key to set up Procore correctly within your organization to use it effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too may frequent updates that you have to adapt to slight changes to each app. Not all the kinks are worked out before this update and can cause some disruption in the field when its done. When accessed in different devices, certain features such as filtering are not the same and can cause a bit of frustration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not require to use any other formats, such as excel and emails, to get a lot of the work done. All can be found on one site if utilized correctly. The key to using Procore efficiently is to have everyone use it from beginning to end in a project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend using Procore if you organization can afford. Consider all the different apps that it offers and selects what works for you. More doesnt always mean better. Implement the plan before using it all through out.

At times I would like to run reports or pull different data and it is hard to find.

It makes everything run unbelievably smooth, everyone on the job knows exactly where to look for safety, answers, and to ask questions.
