My Favorite Tool to Use- Time Saving & User Friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The new views have been a nice upgrade, as well as changes to the subcontractor invoicing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the invoicing tool handled Materials Stored better than it does. Sometimes it can screw up some calculations & you really have to pay attention to make sure the sub's billing is correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest benefits for me so far has been the ability to upload plan sets & Procore name them correctly instead of me changing each individual name in the folder. Also, for Sub's to submit all their billing via Procore is a HUGE time-saver for me as well!

This is a great product & the integration options with other programs is amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
Procore provides one platform which has revolutionize how our company does business. The organized and streamlined processes have made our business so much more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not really a dislike but, I think the Sage and Procore ERP connection needs some tweeking. It is still needs a little fine tuning with the PCCO process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Reporting, Material Procurement, Purchasing, COVID-19 and Bidding processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Procore to all construction companies. It is amazing.
Best Construction Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration of all the tools. There are numerous tools that save you time when working on tasks. It is great that the drawings are always the latest and greatest and any RFI's can be posted directly to the drawings electronically. It is also very easy to have the daily reports compiled each day by making them collaborrated and subs can enter their own information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The punchlist tool could use some work to make it easier for user. It is a very cumbersome task to go in and assign the items to their respective trades. It would be great if you could automatically assign punchlist items based on keyworkd (i.e. drywall, paint, flooring, etc...) It would also be beneficial if you could change the status of a punchlist item when looking at the main list. As of now you would either have to individually select each item to change the status or bulk edit them. It would be nice if you could make the feature similar to the obervation tab where the status is a drop down selectable table where the status can be changed.
It would be very beneficial to be able to create private photo albums in which the photos are only uploaded to that album and do not end up on the public timeline.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all subcontractors working off the same set of drawings. Typically it was hard to make sure that subcontractors would print out drawing updates for their field team and resulted in them working off of old plans. When we require them to use them elecontrically we know they are always using the latest and greates.
Being able to track any cost changes to the project and be able to convert those into change orders to the subcontractors.

This is one of the best construction management softwares out there for the entire lifecycle of a project from pre-con all the way to project closeout.
All-in-One Program
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike many of the other software out there, Procore is a complete package. Rather than a tool focused only on RFI's and submittals, it handles everything. Billing, safety, change orders, field coordination, and so on area all handled all within one account and keeps the OAC team up to date with information so that everybody is up to date and the project is built to the correct information in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore may not be as well focused on specific aspects (for example PlanGrid for RFI's and field coordination integrated into the drawings), so some of its features are not as user friendly as others. On the flipside, some of the billing features are too user friendly and isn't as easily accepted by the billing system (like using official AIA documents, foregoing textura, etc.). However, Procore is constantly updating and adding features and the support team is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore keeps everything in one place (in the cloud) and makes all the information accessible by your clients, design team, and subcontractors in real time. Everything could be dealt with on your computers and and Procore, so comparing hard copy plans that become out of date every few days.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your organization understands the role of Procore on their department (accounting, bidding, preconstruction, operations, etc.).
Great Tool for Construction Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
With the Procore tool we have been allowed to manage in a much more agile way all the communications and agreements of the meetings that are registered on the platform. Also a facility that this platform has given us is the proper management of plans, where it allows us to have at hand all the necessary information to make on-site reviews, measurements, take notes, etc. on a mobile device. The management of bidding processes has also helped us to raise the standard in these processes and facilitate both for us as administrators and for bidders all the processes associated with this tool. Finally, the use of the submittal tool allows order and control that greatly facilitates its management as such. All this at a click to download at the end of the project and deliver all the duly ordered documentation to the owner
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is very much oriented to construction companies, not to project management companies, so several of the platform's tools are of little use for this type of company. the generation of approval flows for different process control tools is somewhat stiff, which must be managed with a specialized procore support person, which is not agile for you as a user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without a doubt, Procore has come to solve many documentation order issues and have in a single access point for all parties all the tools for project management in a common access point. Being able to download all the information of a project with an alternative tool to be able to deliver the client in an orderly digital way is a great benefit that was not previously possible and apart, even when it was delivered in an orderly way, a lot of physical documentation was generated that practically became stationery of little use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They should try this tool which will undoubtedly benefit them to simplify many administration processes and daily managements such as the meeting tool, submittal management, RIF's, and also the management of project plans, which is a tool for great utility
Communication and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Procore provides a transparent environment where all projects in an organization are readily available, viewable and provides important data to address a wide spectrum of needs. Procore has completely transformed how my staff in the field perform their job, improved collaboration and access by all members on a project team, and enhanced management by all of my supervisors. And the Outlook add-in for Procore has streamlined uploading PDF's, Photos and Documents directly to the project selected in Procore right from Outlook. Very cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I have experienced. The Reports tool was not as strong as I hoped initially, but Procore continues to improve their product and it now meets our needs wonderfully. They also implemented a new Analytics tool centered around the financial data from projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and accountability primarily. All my staff are in the field, and getting reports and daily logs timely was problematic due to using multiple softwares to generate logs. Now my staff are very happy, it has made the drudgery of preparing reports and daily logs extremely easy and painless, particularly with the Procore Mobile applications for iOS and Android. Now my managers have the information they need very quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend and would not hesitate implementing Procore for use in project management, construction management and construction administration.
Robust tools for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple options to customize the tools within the platform. There is a lot of room to make the workspace as detailed as needed so the communication of different topics is clear for every stakeholder.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some tools that are still quite rigid. Some workflows are designed in a way that works well but maybe it was developed in a different geographical/cultural context and still needs some minor adjustments to fit perfectly where I use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly communication. Every person and company involved in the project can access the platform and see what they need to see. Everyone has options and tools to manage the project in the best way possible. We have considerately reduced the number of emails and lost information by using its management tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't underestimate the setup of the platform and the profiles. This requires time and a lot of thinking, you will not just create the users and start operating, this is a process that needs planning and monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to pull up drawings and photos on site and look up bidding documents anywhere.
Under the Meetings Tab, I am able to have a record of all the happens from meetings with tenants, vendors, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the project doesn't send out an email saying there are new drawings uploaded. This creates confusion in the field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of the construction drawings, bids, budgets and RFI's in one place. Being able to access the drawings onsite when a hard copy is not available.

High Quality PM Software
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive user interface, simple to learn and teach to others. One stop shop for all PM functions on a job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of transparency from Procore on why certain features change in updates. Frequently, we train folks on one method of using the system, and everyone likes it, then without a lot of explanation, the system changes and there is a new way to learn. This typically happens with smaller items, for example, how to add change event line items to a CCO. There used to be a search function within the picker, then one day it was gone with no explanation on why it was changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO for all PM functions, and one project directly have streamlined information process and made the team more efficient in finding and distributing information to the wider team at large.
Procore is what you should be using, is has saved me so much time having everything in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore's ability to have everything is one place is truly what sets it apart from other applications. The time saved not having to log into a ton of applications is a game changer in itself. I am able to work on a pay application, and have my budget right there to reference, along with any change orders and change events that have been written and are relevant. The drawing management is amazing, and everyone being able to see updates and view in the field is amazing. Being able to see everything in the field is more helpful that almost anything else. Having all staff connected and up to date at all times is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating and linking everything to Procore so that all your financials and reports are correct can be a hassle, but ends up working out after you get it all complete. The punchlist tool could be better if you were able to customize it more to fit your needs, but it is still very helpful. Also the directory could be a lot more helpful if we could add people quicker, and it wouldn't mess anything up while doing so. The emails that we send to people from Procore would be better if they said it was coming from that user, not from Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wasting time having to log into a ton of difference applications, you are able to see all of the information you need all in one place.
