A Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Many of the tools are great. Meeting Minutes are my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some items do not allow parameters to be added "on the fly". It may be a setting by my own IT, but sometimes not everyone or everything
can be pre-loaded into the system. It would be great to be able to manually add more things when needed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The drawing tool helps explain RFI's clearly. I use it a lot to take snapshots of locations or details for the architects.
Procore Building Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The app is very user-friendly and straightforward to understand. It translates the actual construction process to the administrative process to perfection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negative feedback toward this app. However, I t can be confusing sometimes how some items are related to others. But that also makes sense in real life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company, we solve mostly everything through Procore. It has provided us a data base and more structure

I like using Procore to store files so that all files are central and available to both field and office employees

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the tutorials and forum FIRST. Navigation is not always intuitive, and I have found that any question I have is already answered somewhere. No need to wait for a response from the Procore team. Don't waste much time trying to figure it out when the answer already exists.
Procore Useful For Document Sharing, Not Always Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It's a good way to share and submit documents in B2B dealings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to go back and see older projects, navigation not always the most intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can't access jobs/projects that were awarded before you were integrated into the system, even if it's ongoing.
Procore Review Construction GC
What do you like best about the product?
Submittal and RFI tools are great. In general, filtering options can always get better and more opportunities in the report tools but being able to customize and track paperwork is awesome. Very easy to learn and work through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally glitches and when opening drawings it takes a long time to load. Sync between devices needs to improve as well so that things stay up to date and iPad / iPhone Procore should become more similar to web base so the same tasks can be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track submittals and RFIs, meeting notes, custom reports for LEED projects, inspections for building completion stages, safety reports. We also track COVID forms and daily forms for trades showing us the workforce and what workis going on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a employee to PC 100% worth it. Makes my job far easier and more streamlined. Very helpful in the field on my IPad and keeps documenting organized.
I think it is a great all around platform

They have a really good customer service. The RFIs and Submittals are great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a way to creat close out documents or O&Ms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a platform that can do everything, from Financial, planning, documentation. This seems to take care of a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to process submittals and RFI's to the architect. Also love how everything is in Procore: Drawings, RFI's, submittals, CO's, contracts, pictures, etc..

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like editing drawings. They should find a way to collaborate with BlueBeam so you have more options when editing. There should also be the ability to mark-up spec sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to link your Procore job to JD Edwards. This solves the discommunication between the project management and accounting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. You won't regret it. I use to have constructware and this is a million times better.

Maybe need to provide training in more detail and could have more tasks to learn

There is not much I dislike about procore.

It solves the problem of keeping track of deadlines and material use.
Procore - Constructions Best Friend!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a fantastic communication tool between the office and the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a specialty contractor and use Procore for both our projects internally and the GC's externally. Right now, Procore does not allow the two systems to talk, so there is a lot of double work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always struggled to get information to the field promptly. Now with Procore, we can get information out instantly. We are also able to automate our field payroll instead of manually entering everything into our accounting software.
