What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration, ability to change or edit drawings on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editing management for drawings. The simplicity of adding or removing from an existing set

Lead time of getting up to date drawings from the office to the field

What do you like best about the product?
the easy way and quick that you can review drawings , the system is really optimized so you can review and mark up entire plans set without experiencing any lagging or delay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well i would like to have the option to review drawings and published from the iphone app , that would increment a lot the productivity beause we can do it on site also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The big problems that procore solve to me as an architect is the ordering and easy of view all the project documents and drawings in an automated fashion and that it can be sharer with other partners added to the project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leave the manage of the drawings to a particular member of the team so he can ensure all the documents or drawings upload follow the same protocol.

The ease of use. All in one format. Everyone can share the same format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Partners were not placing documents in the correct categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no more excuses; everyone uses the same drawings, RFI's real-time paperwork

Reminders help keep different people in the team and workflow accountable for their deadlines

Learning curve for new users can be steep and sometimes too many notifications can turn off potential users

I'm able to rganize construction documentation and communications. Submittals and and RFI are easy.

One platform for all stakeholders to view pertinent documentation and status, real-time access to current documentation

Tends to issue too many emails, although necessary, maybe one single email when distributing a shop drawing

Shop Drawing distribution and tracking, current drawings for all contractors and team members, finantial reporting
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very user-friendly, the customer service is great. If you cannot figure items out on your own, the training modules are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do dislike having to retract an approval of change orders to modify a previously approved change order. I get the logic, but it's annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and file storage. Procore Drive is great for documentation that the team can share.
Love using Procore!
What do you like best about the product?
My primary role is NOT in a technical capacity, but rather in Business Development and Marketing. I've found Procore to be extremely easy to use and very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to have a CRM component to it! As a business development professional, I would find it more helpful if I was able to track my conversations with developers, architects, and engineers in one system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know our company utilizes the full capabilities of the software for our projects, large and small. It would be so much better if it included a CRM component.
Great software with amazing support
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and an excellent support team, the website and app are easy to use. I mainly use their document review tools for my project. The previous program was very clunky and not user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see their inspection lists and reports be more customizable with a better workflow for the inspection lists. Improvements in inspections will be much appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document management has become easier with Procore, especially capturing changes with RFIs, bulletins, and sketches; this saves so much time as processing is taken care by Procore.

The flexibility to make custom templates that work with our needs
What do you dislike about the product?
We understand the integrity of the infomation needs to be kept but there are sometimes that some information needs to be completely removed, not only sent to the Recycle Bin.
