User Friendly Software
What do you like best about the product?
The system can be accessed by web or app which allows for us to add items on the go or when we are at our desks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of information is something that is critical and Procore makes it really easy to see a lot of information about a submittal or RFI.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and how organized it is. Makes my job a lot easier! Love the Daily Log and Meetings Tools. The schedule is also easy to create and share
What do you dislike about the product?
The schedule is harder to upload from a Microsoft Project format. Not really any complaints that I have encountered so far. The support center is great if I have any difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating meetings is more organized and time saving. Uploading pictures to track progress and documenting activities. Great for organizing submittals and all RFI's

Very easy to use and the organization of Procore is a major time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the drawings tool. It allows me to make markups and page-through drawings with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that they have too many levels to the change order tool. I wish I could have just one step and didn't have the multi-levels that it does have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to track all my documents for the project, and they are all in one location.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it, and you will be happy with the results.
If you build for others, get procore for yourself
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that the platform is so very standardized, the documentation is also so standardized, but the open API and rich application marketplace allow for any and all companies to utilize it to its full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative to the platform I have come across thus far is the inability to create custom workflows inside the tool yourself without contacting the support or development team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use procore as our external communication vehicle. By standardizing the construction documentation and approval processes across both subcontractors and customers, we have the same view of our jobs no matter who is looking at it hey also, it gives us storage space for documentation and communications in case anything should happen in the future with regards to legal proceedings or warranty issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While the price may seem high, you have to take into account how much money you will be saving by administering all project documents and approvals through a single tool

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is easy to use and easy to explain.

Everything works the way you would expect it to. If there is an issue the support staff does a good job correcting it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a lot easier to send out bids and streamline the whole prep stage of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is One of the primarily used tool for documentation purposes in construction management. The submittals, Inputs,RFi's and many construction documents are managed properly here with great filtering.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes too long to respond in a specific document even after having stable internet connectivity, so this is only one thing that I dislike in procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The procore is used for maintaining the documentation of construction documents like Inputs, submittals, specifications, RFI's. so at this single platform, all trades (whether it could be architecture, structure, MEP) upload their documents and collaborate with each other.

This is one of the renowned software for documents management in construction induatry.
Document Management in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
A whole project can be runned in only one place, from documents to RFIs and changes. Procore offers to the user many tools to run a project faster, organized, and more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to understand and manage the whole Procore interface, is not a tool for everyone, and most of the clients and supplier/subs prefer to go old school (email only) when dealing with Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documents and submittals is a big part of our business, and Procore is helping us to have a very organized structure and keep track of pending items. Everything will have a date of submission, and reports can be printed anytime.
Field Management through Procore
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature Procore has is that it is web-based. You only need a browser or the app to access it from anywhere. There are no special software or hardware requirements, log-in needs or VPN, etc. This feature makes it an excellent platform for communication with everyone in the field. It is also very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that it remains challenging to get all stakeholders engaged and using the platform. I am still working with Design Teams, Owner Groups, and Suppliers to understand and see the benefit of having their own seat at the table. Also, there are a couple of functionality issues that I would like to see resolved, such as being able to transfer documents between projects without having to download and re-upload them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has enabled us to have much better and more efficient communication between the office and the field. Instant access to drawings change issues, submittals, and all other communication has helped reduce questions, downtime, and re-work.

All information for the project is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as user friendly as it could be many steps to get tasks accomplished. Especially if it is not loaded properly on the front end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updated drawings for the field. Project tracking and documentation. Identifying where costs could be inproved.
