Review of Procore
What do you like best about the product?
Its RFI creation and Issue creation are the features which I like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is loaded with many features however sometimes I found its user interface a bit complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very hard to creat and track any RFI manually. Using Procore made it very easy to creat, track and answer any RFIs.
Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Integrated features. Third-party options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some processes are cumbersome. Cost can be high for most companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web-based solution. Easily integrated project management tools such as drawings and RFIs.
Land Development Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of adding plan sets and addendum sheets. It is easy to review all disciplines on a project and ensure the teams look at the latest and greatest versions of the approved set.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there was a function to search multiple RFIs and Submittals and not lose the search when you go back. In simple terms, a "back" button on the RFI and Submittal search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RFI and Submittal reviews are much faster. Response time is crucial when the project is in construction. If there are any issues, it is beneficial to resolve when multiple team members have access.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is easy to use and very flexible. It offers features that really help folks in the field plus provides lots of new insights for the office. The main difference between Procore and its competitors feels like the attention to detail and care for the end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the flexibility in Procore makes it difficult to standardize. If folks keep this in mind when implementing, then they'll have a much easier time ensuring they get all the benefits they're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping us eliminate lots of paperwork and communicate faster between the field and office. Now we're seeing how that can translate to higher accountability for our subcontractors and save us money with our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We found that implementing Procore one process at a time was much easier than jumping completely into the new software. I'd highly recommend others take this gradual approach too.

What do you like best about the product?
The software and storage help keep all the necessary documents in one place. And the system is very easy to search when you need to find something specific.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to get the program to learn how you work, and some of the manual setup processes are cumbersome to implement, even though they save time after the setup is complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the main problem of plan set consistency across fields, and the organization of corrections on update plans.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient and wait for use cases to appear in the real world before trying to implement all the processes at once.
Good software for tracking all project needs
What do you like best about the product?
It does a good job of creating logs, especially the auto-population of the submittal logs. The financial tools are also useful for communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The submittal log can be confusing and show as past due instead of complete, even when accepted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program's home page shows a good snapshot to show how the project is going, what's on track, and what still needs to be done.

The connectivity of the field and office teams efficiently and in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, looking forward to the implementation.

Not being able to have the information to the field personnel quick enough.

If you are looking for a powerful tool to advance your company to the next level and empower your employees to be as efficient as they can on any given project, Procore will be a great partner.

You can manage your project(s) in one easy-to-use platform.

Sometimes the changes Procore makes to certain tools are well intended aren't always practical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of project finances eliminates inevitable headaches that come with it. The benefits of using Procore are endless.
Improving QA processes
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of administrative control. There are so many customisable options. Granular permissions for each user type to create what we would like each tool to look like; we could also customise our pdf exports to be within our company brand guidelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Procore; I would recommend it to any construction business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has improved our quality controls immensely; it was a significant shift from paper to a digital platform. Still, Procore has such a user-friendly interface that makes training and uptake much easier.
Efficient and Effective Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a common platform that helps communication and collaboration. The change management system, with being able to upvote ideas, is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There did not seem to be a way to easily have two different company platforms of Procore integrate or mirror to help minimize redundant work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has helped me minimize miscommunication across different functional groups. It has helped me with communication with customers. It has helped reduce cost damages and project delays from miscommunications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go through some Procore learning modules, and don't be afraid to practice in a "SandBox" project.
