Overall great experience. A little to much down time, and contract negotiations.
What do you like best about the product?
All of the items in the same location for the complete team to work together at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many clicks and repeated steps to do some items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration is amazing with this product. The cloud base is also super helpful. The organization of plans, rfis, submittals helps a ton.
Great application, constant small updates improve and a great tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Document and Drawing control are the 2 tools I use most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meeting minutes format is too much information for a clean read. The format should be "cleaned".

One stop shop. All proceses have been integrated into procrore for all project managment needs.

Choosing Procore
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with all construction related field work. Super user friendly and easy to train field personnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smart Bid is a better bidding tool than procore
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a cloud based software, all project staff can easily access/submit/review all of the functionality without computer hard wired access.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the only field construction software any construction firm needs and is widely accepted among the industry and users.
Useful Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access to and centralization of project files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integration is cumbersome and requires unnecessary steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The files that are required for successful completion of the projects are in one location that is accessible to all team members.
Procore Review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and manage construction document through the software. Everyone can understand the system easiely. Tracking RFIs are very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Log in page should be more user friendly or appear in the home page for easier to log in to the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Proocore for communication between everyone in the team, especially RFIs and Submittal.
Procore is user friendly & very accomodating for all our needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that we spend little to no time training our new employees on how to use the software. Procore has the ability to be very self-thought, and that is always a plus for a company that is growing as ours is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have a good example to give, but one thing that frustrates me is when Procore changes something that I utilize daily. It is not that I can't re-learn the task at hand, but I am a person of habits, and changes are always tricky for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems that Procore is solving at our company is the way we track not only the required forms for our owner's benefit but the timesheets for our employees.

Try the training center before you ask Procore directly.

more focus on the Accounting area needs to add Profit & Loss and Balance Reports

Procore helps the world go 'round
What do you like best about the product?
Once the learning curve evens out, there is great flexibility and detail available in organizing informaiton. Theis helps keep everyone on the same page and keep the project moving forard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve starts out pretty steep, but it is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most useful for me is keeping the most current set of drawings readily available, keeping the drawings organized and accessible. Much easier to keep track of RFI's and SUB's and follow up to keep things moving if a recipient is slow to respond.
Great product to streamline productivity

Ability to have drawings and documents at your fingertips without hauling around large plan sets
What do you dislike about the product?
The Overlay feature is limited and needs to be re-vamped

It saves on printing expense and allows the entire team to view updates in real time, saving time.
Great software to manage all aspects of your project
What do you like best about the product?
The submittal and RFI tools make it very easy to monitor the status of all items. It is very helpful with preparing subcontracts, financials and project invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many benefits of procore- I feel that I have barely scratched the surface of all that it has to offer. Sometimes the finacial tools (budget, change events, etc. ) can be a bit confusing, but once you understand how it works it is really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mangaging submittals and rfi's directly with the design team on Procore. Things no longer get lost in emails. The whole project team has access to the information and can be accessed from anywhere.
