Best document sharing platform
What do you like best about the product?
By using this platform we can easily connect office and on-site services by sharing all the information i.e documents, models, issues etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it is very good platform to connect site and office in real time, but it is very grateful if marking on models will be introduced so that if we have some problems or issues in coordinating with services than we can directly do it trough it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time project management from office to on field is the best benefit I have realized.

Collaboration with stakeholders is very easy. It has all tools required for construction: Cost management, Quality, Safety, Construction, forms.
The greatest tool for project management in the last 10 years
What do you like best about the product?
Managing project docs. Drawings, submittals, RFI's. Invoicing and contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mark-up tools are clunky. It would be great to get shareable links for documents for people not saved in the directory.

Invoiceing, and document storage

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all my tools are in one toolbox. I like the change order tracking, and I am becoming more familiar with the Budgeting Tool, which I am enjoying.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help desk used to be second to none. Although I always have my questions answered, it takes longer for that to happen, and I have one or two incidents where no one responded to my inquiry. It is still a great help, and when I stump the online help desk, they always email me back. I dislike the suggestion for new features intensely! It seems like good ideas can easily be lost in this format, and if they don't get voted on, they are viewed as unimportant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem-solving is all we seem to do in the construction industry. Procore allows us to do that in ways that are documented and easily referenced later down the road to the entire team. From the RFI tool integrating with the drawing tool to the drawing tool keeping track of previous drawing revisions in the drawing tool. Progress photos help team members know what is happening on-site without having to be on-site all the time; it allows for a visual reference of the project's status.
Best Job Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has all the features a construction manager/project manager would need to conduct their job and document the steps of the project appropriately. There is nothing that this software does not have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is FAR TOO MANY emails generated from Procore. There should be a single tool to help manage the number of emails sent. That is the number one complaint of my subcontractors - so common in fact that I listened to another subcontractor complain about the number of emails received less than an hour ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving document storage, retention, and management issues along with the documentation of RFI Answers from design teams.

Procore helps keep team members on the same page and organized. It is very user friendly.

Procore is not always compatible with other programs that we use.

It is helping to solve communication issues between field and office. You can easily and quickly share necessary information between parties

Full integration of project management components
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integration with Bluebeam software. Lack of Procore developed accounting program

Site management, budget management, design management. Communication between all players for successful construction projects.
Procore is an amazing compelling tool for all construction activities.
What do you like best about the product?
Integration of Documental and Financial tools, keeping it all in a single platform. This makes it really easy for all team members to find information even it there are team changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Document section still needs some work. Attachments should be automatically updated in meeting minutes. Also, Procore Drive could be better by upgrading capabilities and make it work like Google Drive or Dropbox.

Procore is the platform where our company keeps all project information. This has helped tremendously as the entire team can keep better track of every aspect of the project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider Procore for your Construction Projects; This is a tool that can meet all needs of all Construction Companies, no matter the size. Procore can continuously adapt to all needs.

The project management team has benefited greatly from using Procore. Not all departments are utilizing Procore.
Procore makes everything easier and accurate
What do you like best about the product?
The Daily Reports is easy to navigate and is very easy to track everything that goes on at the Jobsite for the day. I use the report from the Dailies to keep track of my Daily workforce reports
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you can't add comments to the previous meeting minutes in the Meetings module. You have to type out what you are replying to in the new meeting minutes and add your reply. It would be nice to add a comment and have the font in Red so everyone would see it,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Daily Reports portion cuts down on the time I spent filling out our previous software fields. It allows me to attach the reports to that day so co-workers can just click on the file to read the entire report.
