Procore has made it easy to send the same information to our client, team and subs.
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to access the full job documentation on one app. No need to jump from one application to another. I use all Project Management tools- submittals, RFI, transmittals, correspondence, NCR, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that 2 features are named the same. Example Correspondence under Project Management tools, Correspondence and SUB correspondence under custom tools. I think this could be confusing to the average user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is a lot simpler. We can also view the history of each task (submittal, RFI, emails) within the task itself. Having the workgroups, distribution groups already set makes sending ut documents that much faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a highly informative, easily accessible program. I definitely recommend it over Sharepoint. IT is specifically designed for construction companies

Always have the most up to date drawings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Photos tool often crashes. There should be a way to take photos offline then upload at a later time

Very easy to manage a large project with multiple changes

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. The availibilty to update the daily log while onsite through the mobile app. The options to do inspections live through the app is of extreme importance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes submittals and procurement is cumbersome to navigate. The meetings tab is sometimes difficult but overall workable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the daily information in one place is a huge benefit. Also having the option to update live in the field.
Procore for Construction
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is one of the best construction software that I have used. It is one-stop shopping for tracking all items on a project
What do you dislike about the product?
it has everything you need to run a project and Procore evolves constantly with new items
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep everything on a project in one location and available to everyone no matter their location

What do you like best about the product?
Information is available at the fingertips of all project stakeholders making collaboration easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customization for portfolio financial analysis for cash flow and project forecasting on a company level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster turnaround on shop drawing reviews and RFI responses help us keep the schedule on track. The main benefit is that we can see exactly with who and at what stage each review is at for changes, shop drawings and RFIs.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to export mass amounts of data to study trends throughout a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I do not enjoy about Procore is the submittal log creation tool.

One problem I am solving with it is the exportation of daily logs and submittals.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is the Gold Standard for construction management software. It provides a collaborative, cloud-based program that organizes and supports every aspect of a project from bidding to punchlist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore can be costly and difficult to use for those that are not tech-savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document management is streamlined in Procore and provides up-to-date information to everyone that is granted access.
One of the best file sharing and project status management site.
What do you like best about the product?
Through using Procore you can easily share the information with your clients about the project i.e how is the project ongoing, its deadline matched or not, difficulties regarding modeling or installation etc. We can share any type of file using procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it is best FTP but if there will be a option to mark the issues in model on the site just like BIM360 or Revizto, this would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily trace the information regarding project ongoing and real time collaboration between on-site manpower and the people sitting in office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have to do real time collaboration between managers, contractors, sub contractors, on-site engineers for the construction project with accessing the information through files than it is best platform to do it.
Comprehensive Project Management Service
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how detailed and comprehensive the tools were with Procore. We had different users with respective roles. All documents are uploaded and accessible by the relevant parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much to the service it can be overwhelming until you've familiarized yourself with the site. There's a moderate learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Procore in a large construction project with many parties involved and needed to keep everything on track and organized. Procore was a good solution.
Full solution but expensive

All the options for Project Management control and follow-up

Pricing was way too expensive and there were no flexibility on negociation
