Very good use of Procore
What do you like best about the product?
I really love everything that can be done and managed with Procore, it's truly a comprehensive application for properly managing a construction site.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot perform data analysis and create data summaries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able, thanks to Procore, to resolve and coordinate all the deficiencies of the project.
Very efficient program once you know how to navigate it.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of documenting a project with pictures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very time consuming if not trained in using Pro Core.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Changing schedules and looking for options due to supply chain issues. Look ahead are a good tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The best tool is the ability to have up-to-the-minute accuracy in the budget for every project's cost and profitability. ProCore allows all current commitments and forecasted expenditures as foreseen by the PM.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few communication glitches in the rfi tool for example. The "Received from" contact is not sent the official response of the RFI when the rfi subsequently is closed.
The rfi author needs to add the "received from" contact to the distribution list.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Line item cost forecasting. Also, the auto-generated reminders are sent to observation, rfi, and submittal recipients to answer or to close out assigned items.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If financial budget management, forecasting, and document management accountability is high priority for your projects, this is the top-shelf tool to use in the industry.

It helps keeps all files organized in one place and makes sending out large files easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when trying to link documents to erp there will be issues.

Procore makes sending out drawings a lot easier and also helps with keeping a workflow for submittals.
Project Construction Management tools streamlined and accessible on all devices
What do you like best about the product?
Drawing storage and access available on all of my devices (phones, tablets, laptops) and ability to markup as necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks aren't linkable to the schedule tool. Also would be nice to tie finance tools like SAP directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined sharing documents, tracking punch lists, meeting minutes, progress, and personnel tracking all in one simple and easy to use tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great to manage new projects if setup correctly. Honestly helped me control 2-3 positions as a single user. Would have been great to have from project start, but even mid-project use has been very productive and worth the effort.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the product - it is easy to use and navigate, very organzied and easy to find what you are trying to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly improving the features in meeting minutes, sometimes it appears there are too many features to have simple minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
The layout of Procore makes it easy for my day-to-day tasks. It is easy to navigate the different tools, and it's mostly very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is missing a tool for data analysis. I always have to export and use other platforms to be able to analyze costs or to build a report.

The deficiencies related to the delivery of my project.

It will make project management straightforward and in one platform instead of using a multitude of tools

Everything is at the same place, everyone can acces easilly

It is sometimes slow and long process to enter informations and process things over
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that everyting is there and all the information accessible for everyone of the team so if someone quits or is not there, it is still there useful for the team. We solve a lot of problems with the professionnals by using the QRT tool.

It is a very complete software. Allows for easy follow-ups with the various professionals and subtrades.

The bugs that are created to elements that used to work well.
