Constraints of some tools force us to utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to resolve issues.

Utilizing the reports tool has allowed us to have more thorough and productive conversations with our clients and trade partners.

The best is the Customer service. When I have an issue a contact help desk and I have wonderful customer service

When I enter a retainage contract. Sometimes it is not working properly

Change order feature is clunky, it could use some rework

Mass email for bidding. the bidding feature is beneficial to track documents being sent out.

The QR code and locations tool is an absolute time saver.

Within the punch tool on the app you can't select distribution groups that you created on the desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps keep the amount of loose papers floating around my desk. Everything is neatly filed and organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have recommended this software before. I haven't used any other construction management software but I can tell you it's got to be the best. The tools within the program are vital to the people in the field like me. The punch tool and inspections tool absolutely help streamline the process and keep us organized.

What do you like best about the product?
- Beyond the system's features and functionality, which is top-notch, the level of support is light years above any other system I have used. The resources provided to customers more than justifies the cost of the system. The goal of any company rolling out a new PMIS is to have a smooth implementation and to gain buy-in from users. Procore's support throughout implementation and roll-out to end-users nearly guarantees that success. That said, having a dedicated person to interact with Procore and lead the roll-out from your firm is critical.
- Procore is constantly adding new features and advancing the functionality of the system. This makes the system increasingly valuable and helps us evolve our processes and procedures to be more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Built-in reports are not as robust as other systems. The custom reporting feature is available and relatively easy to use, but more canned reports would be nice. 360 Reports are a nice addition, but the speed and refresh of real-time data needs to be improved.
- ERP integration was very glitchy at the start, but then the amazing support team helped work through the issues and it has become a vital part of our Procore use. Procore ERP Support is excellent at responding to support requests and solving issues as they occur.
- Certain functions are grouped into Tools that intuitively seem like they should be stand-alone Tools. Safety, for example, needs a separate tool, which I hear is being developed as we speak.
- ERP integration was very glitchy at the start, but then the amazing support team helped work through the issues and it has become a vital part of our Procore use. Procore ERP Support is excellent at responding to support requests and solving issues as they occur.

- Breaking down the barrier between the field and the office. Superintendents love using Procore on iPads and can capture field info quickly so PMs can see it in real-time

What do you like best about the product?
Project management through budgets, ability to communicate from office to field, T&M Tickets, Timesheets, User Friendly and Customer Support. We can track each folder and have our employees load documents for us to receive within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all configurations transfer from the project template to new projects. It would be nice if I could default all the tracking from the standard template versus entering the same distribution list on each project and project tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Procore, we can provide all the information to our field to complete a project on time, keep them more productive and see where they lack productivity through budgets.
