User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The drawing tool makes it incredibly easy to post changes to drawings, the RFI tool is very user friendly, punch list is also fantastic for managing items and can be used with the drawings tool to make it super easy to track down locations of items, even if people are not super familiar with the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mass editing and manipulating of submittal workflows is not a capability currently which leads to significant time consumption if a workflow member needs added/removed to many submittals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing of information is very easy to accomplish whether it's drawing updates, writing or managing the RFI process, or processing and distributing submittals. It streamlines the process and saves hundreds (or more) of hand-written emails throughout a project.
Great overall Quality, Safety, and Project Management solution for construction.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that every feature in Procore has been tested and tried throughout the years since it's inception in the early 2000's. I love that all the tools talk and link to each other. I also love the app marketplace. The fact that over 200 softwares "talk" to Procore is amazing. I especially love that you have 90% of the capabilities when you access on a mobile device. The power to access the solution on the go, is the best feature of it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
We piloted the Financials portion, and found that it did not serve our needs. We use CMiC as our ERP, and there are not any pre-built connectors to integrate with it. We had to hire a 3rd party integrator to get our systems to communicate with each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We only purchased the Quality & Safety module, so we are using it to digitize our Quality and safety programs. We are able to elminate about 90% of our paperwork now that we've adopted Procore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I know there are other solutions coming online right now but I like how Procore is tried and true in the industry for the past 20 years.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the online chat option they are very helpful. And fast and knowledgeable
What do you dislike about the product?
The tools were created separately and different. They dont all have the same capabilities and dont do the same things, very frustrating. I think Procore is more work than other platforms when it comes to workflows and other things, alot of manual work vs automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems are not really being solved but i am emailing them and they say things are still in production with some things.
I use Procore everyday at work.
What do you like best about the product?
I am the Field Administrator on a large commercial property in Maine, with lots of people involved, and this program allows us to work in real-time with everyone on the project all over the country & the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I think that Procore is designed very well. I use the meetings weekly and upload drawing weekly. I have not had any problems thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the weekly meetings we hold via ZOOM, we can follow a clear agenda that is written on Procore and sent to other persons involved in that particular aspect of the project. The meeting can then be accessed with minutes added to them for all to reference. This enables us to communicate quickly and efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. If you are working on big projects with many people involved I would recommend Procore. It was very helpful during COVID when working from home.
Procore is very easy to navigate and helps me throughout the entire construction process.
What do you like best about the product?
Although Procore is super easy to use, their Help Center and Live Chat assistants are the best. The Help Center is an awesome guide and easily accessible. I appreciate that they have videos, and step by step guides that are put together in an organized system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not enjoy the emailing system in Procore. I wish there was an easier way to select recipients, an easier way to share documents - like a selection tool from my existing documents, instead of having to drop the file into the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have a shared system between myself and all of my many subcontractors is great. I can easily drop files into Procore and have it available for all of my subs.
Very convenient and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
There some very useful features in the drawings tool like markups and measuring and the way it integrates with other tools like RFIs and punch items. Also the financial tools are very clean and give you great visuals on your SOVs, change orders, invoices and such. Also the reports tool is very powerful. You can get a lot of useful data from there and it pulls info from almost every tool on procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the thing that most surprised me in procore is the things that carry over from the "project template". Namely the contents on the commitments tool. I see no reason why I would need the purchase orders and subcontracts from one job to be copied into other. That one made me loose a lot of time before I realized it was copying all that data that then i had to remove one by one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes everything more inmediate. You can streamline lots of different processes in one single place and go through the workflow very quickly. It's really hard to misplace a document or file if you already have dedicated tools for everything so nothing gets lost.
Procore is an great tool for Construction Management.
What do you like best about the product?
The Procore Drive, which allows real time changes and multiple users access to updated info. Also the ability to store large files and email them. Procore has continued to evolve and customer support provides resolutions to issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot drag a doc from Procore to an Outlook email or other outside folder. when you download a file from Procore, there are multiple steps if you need to save it or send it elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Construction Punchlists tracking, QR code ability. photo documentation, budgetting. The overall use of procore has solved multiple field managament issuesas well as made us more efficient in our management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the Procore Tutorials to help learn the system or troubleshoot, they are helpful.

The company structure does not allow General contractor's accounts to seamlessly link with specialty contractor accounts

What do you like best about the product?
It can access all of our project information. It is generally a leading construction management platform that connects many constructional professionals in many countries. It stores the documents related to project like RFI tools(Right for information), plan distribution and viewing,photo documentation etc. This software can be handle on mobile phones also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore site is bit slower sometimes. If we are a high volume GC, the pricing is out of this world compared to other solutions.Reporting is quite hard to use when trying something other than standard template-type reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RFI sharing easily so that we can get the answers very fast from the client. We can raise proposed solution on this software. We receive the revision of drawings from the clients. So it is very easy software to use and updated by this software .
Its my first project that I use procore as my platform for the planifcation and i like it.
What do you like best about the product?
The RFI section and the Plan to walk on site with my application on my mobile works perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am use to work with plan swift and i think there should be some adjustment to be done to the way we can manage the drawings on site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cordination ploblems on site, it helps me bring the drawing on the spot and check the problem.
