It is simple to navigate and has the tools needed for our projects.

A couple of items are tricky until you click around enough t find your way.

Maintaining communication with all involved with the Daily Log reports.

If you ever has use issues, the support team is fantastic and quick to reply to help solve problems.

It might take weeks to get an answer from personalized custom solutions team.

Estimating takeoff is amazing! I only used the estimating function.

Price!! $$$$$ ProCore is one of the most expensive packages available!

Estimating by hand is too slow. ProCore fixes that.

What do you like best about the product?
Generally, it is the best project management software out there. It allows you to connect with your business partners through an online platform and allows them to participate in the process.
As an owner, you need to see others' input from GCs, Architects, and Engineers. Through Procore it is easier and you can control how much input they can share.

What do you dislike about the product?
Mainly is how difficult it is to invite the team members and partners, from GCs, Suppliers and Engineers. If they did not use it before it could be hard and they will not accept it easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one database where everyone can see it, but I control every aspect of it.
One of the best benefits is when the contractors/engineers send an invoice or a document for me to sign as a PM, it runs smoothly and recorded in the system

What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly. All documents in one place. Easy field or office access
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is high. You have to add/ pay for multiple features vs. individual features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document control. Distributing issues/ RFIs to design team
Saves Valuable Time on Jobsites
What do you like best about the product?
Processes that used to require a laptop and a wifi connection can now be completed in a fraction of the time by our foreman on their phone or tablet. This saves valuable time and allows our supervision to quickly return to job oversight.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve and it is a bit of a daunting task to implement the software company wide but Procore has very good customer support that helps with any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Foremen used to take hours out of their weekly work to submit timesheets via Excel and email. Procore has allowed them to spend just a few minutes each day performing this task.

Schedule a product demo and come prepared with questions on how Procore could be an asset for you.

They only accomodate the largest form of construction projects. We are a small firm and need flexibility in their tools.

What do you like best about the product?
It is hard to choose just one but as the Director of Field Operations I would say the Reporting from the Field and the ability this gives our Field Team is exceptional!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything so far that I would say I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing the time spent on paperwork and making our communications between the office and field more real-time. Procore has made the communication much more clear and precise. Reducing the time spent trying to figure out what the and where the issue may be and enabling us to spend more time on the solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to share things directly with our field team and subcontractors, without having to manage our own personal files along with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features take a lot of steps to maneuver and aren't always user friendly. It would be nice to be able to have an actual training manual instead of the virtual option, since items change so frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Field to office communication, office to subcontractor communication. It is incredibly useful for us to be sure we are ALL looking at the same set of information and reviewing it in live time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to get familiar with the software before launching it. Utilize the sandbox feature and never be afraid to ask for help- their online chat is a wealth of information and typically very quick to respond.
