Great system with great support
What do you like best about the product?
The system is web-based, and easy to use. Of all the project management softwares I've used to date, Procore is the most intuitive and customizable. It's easy to bring other teammates or companies onboard with a quick training session.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to have workflows in the RFI tool similar to the submittals. Since adding the in-app editing tool, I'm having more trouble downloading submittal files, and haven't had much luck working with their support team. Even with that, I would still recommend the software. It does what it says and works consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing Procore offers us is accountabillity throughout the project. At any point, a team member can see what's in their court, and where other outstanding items are in the review process. We can quickly and easily print reports for different metrics as needed for each project.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore simplifies so many aspects of managing a construction project. The ease-of-use is unparalleled - from field to office, my users all say that Procore has simplified their jobs. Additionally, their product support is outstanding. 24/7/365 live agents who are US based, and know the product inside and out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there are very few things not to like about Procore. Most of the drawbacks for us are based on our existing processes being refined to best utilize the Procore system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has completely changed the way we manage the flow of information both within our organization, and externally. Almost all of our design partners and subcontractors are familiar with the platform and like it as well. Even simple items like project photos have been vastly improved ith the use of Procore

What do you like best about the product?
All of our information is located in one area. The need for multiple platforms is limited to just a few. Reporting and analytics are huge for our efficiency and keep our team in the know.
What do you dislike about the product?
ERP integration seems to have consistent problems. There are some workflow areas that need to be addressed to allow the company workflows proceed without affecting the ERP status of an invoice, commitment, vendor, or change order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, we as a team can perform more efficiently by having our documents and schedules in one location. You will always have the oddball contractor that is unwilling to learn new technology, but for the most part, we can communicate directly through Procore and not lose valuable information.

What do you like best about the product?
Project flow from estimating through prime contract. It's nice to be able to upload plans and get quick take-offs for the material. Then when you push that through the bid sheet and prime contract it helps keep all information on a big project together and helps to prevent mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downfall is pushing long-time "excel" users into it. There seems to be a mental disconnect from old patterns and being able "click a cell and see a formula" where this does it for you. It is such a powerful tool if you take the time to understand how it works. The other downfall is having to create a project to do a basic take-off. Sometimes we get interested in getting a bid and they want a very rough SOV from their plans. Half the time they are just kicking the tires and nothing comes from it so you have tons of projects that sit in the inactive projects due to lack of interest after primary contact and a rough SOV is done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is definitely helping solve keeping information all in one place. That is something we have struggled with from our small beginings until now as a large company.

What do you like best about the product?
The numerous subject areas that are broken out extremely well for simplified use and input. Makes keeping track of pertinent information easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite honestly Procore is such an easy program to use, it takes very little training to start using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document management, invoicing, tracking RFI's & Submittals is huge help. The budgeting tool needs a little refining with the ERP linking process.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Procore is that I can have all the applications I need to do my job in one place, and I don't need other software. I particularly love how there is inspections, photos and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how to make major changes to the platform it takes users to vote, and if there are enough votes then it gets changed or improved; I wish that procore would just do their field testing to make some of these changes on their own
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving the need for an application to have everything in one place. Also, Procore is filling in the need to have mobility when in the field and you can't have a laptop but you can use your phone has made work more productive.
I have been within the construction industry for 6 years.With a General Contractor and Development.
What do you like best about the product?
I think what is most helpful is the document tracking, timestamps and transmittal of information. The workflow is fantastic as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user interface could be a little more simple. I wish the transition between documents had less of a wait as well.

Document tracking and collaboration between different groups of people are fantastic.

Tracking communications and changes, it is also helpful in looking back at the progress years ago in case of a dispute

I like the Change Event tool the most because I can easily keep track of extras for the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you cannot upload videos to Procore.

Full visibility into construction projects at every stage. Mitigate risk and increase efficiency.
Procore is an absolute game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the features that will follow up with users on an outstanding item, so I no longer have to! I really like that all projects are now organized and tracked the exact same way across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot hide a set of plans from users with drawing permissions. There are sheets that we don't want certain subs seeing if they do not need to, so I wish I could hid a set for interal only eyes, instead of having to delete the set completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follows up/sends reminder emails for me, documents everything in one place for me, making my days at work double as productive than they were before we brought on Procore.
