Great User Experience, but Keeping Up Requires Effort
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is excellent, reflecting a positive company culture and intuitive operation. I appreciate the ongoing improvements and the overall ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to allocate the resources needed to stay current with the constantly changing platform, tools, and integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The project management tools are streamlined and, in my experience, generally more user-friendly than many alternatives. Rather than attempting to serve as an all-in-one solution, they focus on integrating with accounting, payroll, and other best-in-class applications.
Great Team Communication, But Lacks Customization for New Features
What do you like best about the product?
Communication between teams. Quality interface. Ease of reviewing drawings and specifications. Future analytics possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
New tools being launched or updates occurring without options to personalize and turn on or off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously observations were not being tracked and trends applied to trade patterns related to safety. Recently this has been working very well where we can see totals by trade partners and make informed decisions.
Love the Product, No Complaints So Far

The ability to track and manage all project documentation in one place. also the ability to connect with subcontractors and owners in one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
there isn't much I dislike about Procore. but there is a bit of a learning curve in trying to figure out how to make all of the tools work the way we want to

keeping everything in one place. getting rid of all the random spreadsheets
Easy to Navigate, but Tracking Features Are Confusing

I like how its not to difficult to navigate through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't figure out how to track my PO and CO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me with budgets, that helps because they aren't hard to access. Pretty straight forward.
User-Friendly but Too Many Steps for Simple Tasks

Procore is fairly user friendly to use when learning

There are a lot of steps to get one thing done.

Centralizing our data as right now our information is spread across multiple programs, spreadsheets, etc.
Great Support from Product Teams, but Lacking Collaboration Features

Unlimited support with product teams to find the why and solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to get others to share and connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the process of building our next phase that should solve a lot of workflow issues.

Great Project Management Features, But Lacks Customizable Dashboards and Visual Reports
What do you like best about the product?
the project management module, and Althea information we can grab from there
What do you dislike about the product?
not having data selection to build a dashboard to follow kpis, it is missing an s curve, and all the reports as time sheet should be able to show resumed data and visuals

it helps us on tracking project day by day and having a clear on real time sightseeing for our investors, and whole company in general
Procore Streamlines Projects but Can Be Cumbersome

Procore streamlines the construction process by bringing all aspects of a project together in one place, making it easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, navigating the platform can feel cumbersome, and there is definitely a learning curve when it comes to understanding how all the tools interact with each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore addresses my challenges with manual data entry and tracking by providing systems that automatically gather and organize information. This allows users to focus less on entering data themselves and more on interpreting the information and applying critical thinking, making the process much more efficient.
