Innovative Industry Pioneer, but Still Finding Its Way
What do you like best about the product?
It's a software company tailored around an industry that has been ignored in tech space. It is a pioneer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Think it feels like we are all in this together, constantly learning best practices. So sometimes it seems like nobody has the answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bridging the gap between the field and office. Leveraging important data that is often overlooked to make better decisions.
Easy to Learn, Wish I Had More Time to Master It

Easy to learn and use. connects trades with you

Not having enough time to learn how to use it more efficeintly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing documents from the architect and field. submittals, rfis, punch lists. budget management. change events and change orders.
Great Usability, But Missing Budget Tool on Mobile
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, easy to understand and use. Customer support is second to none. I use every day/ all day. All the features are amazing. Integration with Sage & QB is vital Thank you so much! implementation was easy
What do you dislike about the product?
the app (on Ipad or phone) doesn't have the budget tool for PM's / Supers to view on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling tool, will benefit our Superintendents and subcontractors
Great Tool Integration, but Can Be Tedious Without Complete Details

The organization of the tools and the way they are integrated to other software.

It can seem like a bit of a hassle when you don't fill out EVERY detail necessary.

Procore is helping keep drawing sets the most up to date.

I dislike that not everyone uses it and that not everyone is trained on it

What do you like best about the product?
Its a great tool to help make real time collaboration and document control possible on a job site. It helps get the information over to the trade partners in an efficient manner!

It does have a learning curve on new features and sometimes it can be overwhelming on the capabilities - Positive downside

Clickety click click. So many fields it's challenging

Data in one place - less sources of "truth". Consistent user training
Great Real-Time Coordination, but Submittal Registry Tool Needs Improvement

The ability to coordinate with the field in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The submittal registry creation tool is not useful.

Procore helps keep all of our project team up to date and building on live document updates.
Procore Streamlines Pre-Construction, But Lacks Pre-Construction RFI Feature
What do you like best about the product?
Procore helps streamline the pre-construction process. Being able to communicate in a system that is also a document repository is beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to receive pre-consctruction RFIs. From conversations with the Procorians this seems like something that has been floating around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fair and equitable RFP process. Having all the GCs and Archs that we use stored in one place is very helpful when it is time to release the RFP.
