Accessible Interface with Excellent Support

What do you like best about the product?
I like the accessibility of Procore and the ability to link our client's information into the same format as our own. This feature makes managing real-time updates instantaneous, allowing me to focus on the most current information and share it across the workforce. The initial setup was very easy, and we received adequate training spread over several weeks to help us adapt to the use and functionality of the platform.

All Our Construction Needs in One Place with Procore

What do you like best about the product?
All my construction needs are in one place, or they can be easily integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think ProCore is a great tool overall, but the hardest part is getting the hang of it in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily access files while I’m out in the field, and I can also share them just as easily from the comfort of my office.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is great construction management. You have all the necessary construction and admin documents in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I love the new integration feature for drawings and RFIs, I really with specs and submittals would sync between parent and child projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is the best way to keep all of our drawings, submittals, documents, change orders and contracts all in one place.

Simplifies Basic Tasks, Requires Skill for Advanced Features

What do you like best about the product?
I like Procore for its ease of use for basic tasks. Almost everyone in the construction industry seems to know how to view drawings, enter RFIs, and handle the basics. The drawings tool is particularly reliable; you can give it to a subcontractor with limited experience, and you can rest assured they are always looking at the latest version of the drawings with the right information. The initial setup was also very simple. We just gave the project teams access to all the tools and standardized the process for using the financial tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more advanced tools require significant setup. Workflows are a prime example. It's a very powerful feature but it takes a lot of time to build out and the person building it out needs to have a lot of experience and background knowledge of how the tools work and what options are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore gives me one location for all project data to be shared with everyone involved, and its ease of use for basic tasks means even subcontractors with limited experience stay updated with the right info.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Procore centralizes everything in one place, making it easy to track and manage in real time. The initial setup was relatively straightforward, which I appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a few that could be improved, one challenge is that the interface can sometimes feel a bit complex. The interface complexity mainly affects the speed of onboarding and day-to-day efficiency, especially for new users who can't use it regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore for document control, submittals, RFIs, and coordination. My favorite thing is how it centralizes everything, making it easy to track and manage in real time.

Efficient On-Site Photo Management, Needs AI Enhancements

What do you like best about the product?
I find Procore convenient to use on-site. I like the ability to upload photos, which helps manage on-site issues and problems in real-time. When there are issues like a plumbing problem, I can easily refer a plumber by showing a photo of the drain or other problem areas. The setup of Procore is good, making it user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's good but I would recommend upgrading for more AI tools, and it's time-consuming to insert more details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Procore convenient on-site, helping me upload photos in real-time to address issues like plumbing by showing photos to the plumber.

User-Friendly, Feature-Rich Platform with Easy, In-Depth Training

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is user-friendly and intuitive. Its many features help General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, and Clients view projects, stay organized, and remain informed throughout the process. The training program is easy to navigate and offers in-depth instruction on Procore’s tools, uses, and features. You don’t have to be a technical wizard to understand the interface, which makes it approachable for a wide range of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training videos let me download the script as a .pdf; however, it didn’t include any screenshots. It would be helpful to have screenshots added, or to offer a downloadable manual as well. A helpful feature that could be added is the ability to create fillable PDFs in the Forms application of the Procore program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve worked at other companies where everything was filled out manually on paper forms, which led to inconsistencies and errors, as well as lost or misplaced files and communication and workflow bottlenecks. The Procore platform will help eliminate many of these issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel updated with the daily project reports and materials dispatch, keeping everything about my projects clear. I really like that Procore is easy to understand, which means anyone with basic knowledge can manage and use it effectively. It's the best thing about Procore. Additionally, the setup was easy and didn't take much time for our team to get completely involved.
