What do you like best about the product?
Being a construction database system, this platform is quite helpful in organizing and tracking all the construction related docs from RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Schedules, Minutes, etc. The ease of use whether your a start up or a long term user is one of the strongest benefits I have came across. The customer support is top notch and are always able to provide a response or work-around to my quesitons.
The number of features/tools that it provides is also very handy. Being able to use the mobile app when on the road is a great benefit when you need to look up a quick doc.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Procore as a user for many years and just started using this platform as an administrator.
With my different uses in the platform I have not experienced a lot of downside to Proocre yet.
On occasion, when working in Procore, the system will slow down when working in it for a few moments.
Not all the tools are useful for every project in Procore and it could see it may be a bit overwhelming for new users to become familiar with all the different functions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping create a more streamlined jprocess and ease of access to all the different docs for a specific project and company wide projects.
ProCore is game changing in terms of keeping everything central and organized.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have one platform for my project and all my documents are easily accessible from a click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning aspect was the hardest part because it took forever and to implement,

The ease of managing and estimating projects.

it is easy to pick up, the mobile app is exceptional, customer support is great

I have not found any. I am in Procore every day and love it

Live communication with the field and vice versa.
Procore has been super easy to navigate as a new user. The training videos are so helpful.

Sometimes there are too many steps to get one thing completed. For example, instead of being able to bulk edit in submittals if you've made a mistake you have to edit each one individually.

I like how Procore keeps everything confined to one location. It is helpful to keep all documentation in one spot.

The price. I don't like how it is scaled to your revenue

The Bim is easy to use out in the field with the field workers.

Cost. For us starting out, it is just so expensive.

It is solving the BIM model in the field and getting it to the field guys.
Procore as a software has been great. The best is the help on standby. They have been great.

The resources that are there to help you.

Potentially the price. The add on of Procore can be costly. The pricing model of as you make more money you will pay more is also difficult to bite off.
