What do you like best about the product?
Procore stands out for its exceptional Ease of Use, providing an intuitive interface that facilitates seamless navigation. The Ease of Implementation is notable, allowing for a smooth onboarding process. Customer Support is exemplary, ensuring prompt assistance and guidance when needed. Its frequent use is supported by a user-friendly design, encouraging consistent and efficient project management. What do you dislike about the product?
Procore excels in project management, but some factors to consider include cost, a learning curve, and customization complexity. It's internet-dependent, and the extensive features may be more than needed for smaller projects. Individual experiences may vary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore's information access has been instrumental. It enables efficient material procurement by referring to current documents and ensures easy access to project contract details. Thank you for streamlining our workflow.

Live chat in English only, lack of training in French

Very informative, not too complicated, easy to follow along.

I really like the fact that it gives you all the information needed in the course, but constantly reminds you that you can go to support.procore.com if you ever need access to any information you may have forgotten or missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is interesting that procore drive and procore imports are not integrated into one platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping all of the teams that are apart of the construction project to be on the same page. It benefits me because I know where my work lies and how to hold others accountable.

The Financial tools, daily logs, submittals. Procore is always updating. Live chat is awesome

A few minor dislikes, mostly with Procore connectors

Working on the Timber Scan Go Connector, it will benefit hours on data entry

Procore is an exceptional ERP software solution with extremely valuable resources and training.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration process was very specified and personal. All of our needs we met by the integration managers and the certification/training modules extended futher knowledge and ease of implementation. The extensice features and plethora of information and support has proven to be incredibly useful. We are still in the process of customizing our specific needs, but look forward to launching soon in order to fully capitalize on all of the functionalities and added value that Procore has to offer our business. If you want to grow and optimize, Procore is the perfect solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup is cumbersome and the learning curve is not going to make rollout as time effective as we would like throughout all departments of the business. But, we believe in the value.

Growth managment and business management consolidation. Eliminating human error and streamlining processes. Efficiency!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is centralized in one place. You have your drawings, RFIs, contracts, schedule all in a one stop shop. The customer support is always helpful and pleasent to deal with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to error out a lot. I think that some things are kind of clunky, like RFIs. Is is also not 100% compatible with Mac books

Standardizing how we do things in the company so not everyone is doing their own thing
