Very good tool
What do you like best about the product?
Possibility to see all up to date documents, mark them up and communicate with stakeholders easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Submittal page and file distribution into sections it is not so standardized (sometimes it is hard to find what needed)

You can do pretty much everything in once place and a lot of people are starting to use it.

It can be difficult to learn how to do some actions. It seems to go down or not work a lot.

It keeps a central hub for all drawings punch items ect... Helps stuff not get lost.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the PROCORE is transperant and easy interface and is verymuch userfriendly making it for all trades to co-ordinate for the project smoothly.
Also the implementation of the tools are great to keep the track of them.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, but yes if the recently changed items in the project activity could have more nomber of listing then it will be helpful. Also if the screen background colour options are available it will be nice to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and Co-ordinations. Procore is verymuch usefull in transfer and tracking of the information and correspondance with different trades in the projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the separation of videos and text. Also having the quizzes to make sure you retain information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some videos are coving topics too simple and that should be common sense. Not enough explanation of what everything means related to project management.

Helping me solve daily organization and communication between GC's, venders, and subcontracters.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Procore is that it is continually being developed. It seems like a lot of softwares are build it and then leave it. Whereas Procore fixes bugs quickly and has a system to resolve trouble points for users. Next to this I would put the close integration of all aspects of building-- from billing, to drawings, to schedule, to logs, to communication, you name it, Procore has it.
Procore's customer support is outstanding--one of the best in the industry (I've worked with a lot of different customer support specialist).

What do you dislike about the product?
Some items I would love to see further developed are Procore's integration with Quickbooks Online. There are third party syncing apps which offer more capability than Procore's native syncing with QBO. Such as, Direct Cost syncing (this syncing includes bringing the receipts over from QBO a huge time saver). I would love to discuss this in greater detail if it is of any interest.
Being able to set a default list of assignees on RFIs per project would also be very nice. For example, on our Big Sky Barn project the RFIs are always assigned to the same four people if that was set to defaul that would be one less field to fill in as we go. If we do happen to need it to be different it would be a simple matter to just edit.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Procore has solved for us is primarily integration. Prior to Procore we had emails for RFIs, emails for Submittals, excel sheets for budgets, quickbooks for accounting. Drawings in shared folders on desktops. Very scattered without one central hub with a complete picture of the project. I love Procore's project home page. You can very quickly assess which items are over due and thus high priority. How the timeline is and at a quick glance know the overall health of each project.
A gigantic leap in PM management and real time team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based - real time data. Easily able to navigate to perform a wealth of tasks, quickly, and easily. Also, junior team memebers with less experience can also easily work off of structures implemented by senior members.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very expensive (the overall pricing model) Altough well worth it to owners it feels abrasive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mistakes in the field simply to having access to current drawings as long as they were uploaded once by a team member. Easily able to track progress especially when implementing intergrating software such as OpenSpace almost atonomously.
Easy to navigate. Very user firnedly.

The daily log is really good to keep track of job site activities

nothing for now. I got some bugs using some features but customer support addressed the issue.
