What do you like best about the product?
Document organization at it's best! And, the CONVERSATION tools eliminated traditional "phone texting" between Project Managers and Superintendents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a little confusion between Procore DRIVER and Procore but Customer Service was exceptional!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document tracking and distribution. Time Sheet Management.
Procore is the most comprehensive project management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a very comprehensive Project Management program that cna be used by almost any company to run their project, It seems to be designed to minimize duplication of effort and allows for custom standardization of many aspect of the program. It seems to ne a lot easier to use than other programs i''ve used. I have a lot to learn about all the changes that have been made in Procore over the last 20 years, but it all seems to work better.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good! I'm an old user of Procore from 20 years ago and have a lot to learn before I can say what I don't like,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the ability to assurer that all usersd have the most up to date plans and specifications. The RFI process seems like it should reduce the time required tio get an RFI answered,

The lessons are very detailed and helps us a lot to learn from it

Every section is very helpful, there is nothing I could thinkmof as non helpful.

With every aspect of recording all the activities in the project and making the work more detailed and accessible to all.

It is one clearing house for all information on a Project. Bsfore, during and after completion

Lack of flexibility within the existing Tool options to customize other tools with the same options

What do you like best about the product?
Committment to adding and improving productivity tools. User training opportunities and interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but this needs to be recognized by the new user - There is a learning curve (to be expected) so a user a committment needs to be made to get up to speed for the mose effectine use of this productivity platform.

Procore is intuitive and very dynamic. An absolute must for the construction industry.
What do you like best about the product?
Inter-connectivity of tools, users and reports alike. The ease of use and navigation throughout the program from one aspect to another makes it a very powerful tool that everyone in the industry should learn to use, regardless of their role and position within their company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced anything I haven't liked about it. I have also heard nothing but good things about this program from those who have used it a long time. Procore is a strong leader in construction management software.

Intigrated drawing access and ease of mobility throughout plans while allowing real-time schedule and jobsite issue management.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a construction management platform built for construction professionals. It has tools for each of the different aspects of Project Management and puts in a lot of effort to make sure these tools are meeting their clients' needs. They also have an open API that allows for developers to easily integrate with other softwares and make custom solutions. Customer support is quick to respond to any needs the client has, and the software is easy to learn and to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools aren't natively connected, like meeting minutes doesn't have a drop down to just link RFI's or coordination issue, punch items, or anything like that natively. You can add a meeting item, and copy and paste a hyperlink for the item, but you can't just dynamically insert items there and have their status showing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to view drawings that are always up to date and know the status of project management items like RFIs, submittals, inspections and punchlist

Having construction software that isn't based off accounting software.

I feel that the RFI & Submittal workflows could be simplified.
