Procore Is Easy to Use and Keeps Field Managers Informed
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is always the biggest plus. It’s straightforward to navigate and to create items within a project. Procore also does a good job of keeping customers informed whenever the platform is experiencing technical difficulties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say. I can’t think of anything else to add right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool provides project-related information directly to the field in a way that’s easy to access and displayed on field devices in a usable format (e.g., drawings, specs, RFIs, markups, punch lists, etc.). Our goal is for field managers to quickly and efficiently get what they need without being pulled away from actually managing the project.
Incredible Capabilities Made Easier with Helpful Training
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of things you can do is incredible. While very complex this training helps understand it better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how complex this software is. Depending on how big your company and jobs are this may be alittle overkill for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is fix a communication issue. This program allows teams to stay up to date with things that need addressed on the job site so that no matter who is there everyone is on the same page.
Easy Jobsite Updates with Photos in Real Time
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very helpful on the jobsite to be able to add information and photos for review. It also helps that I can enter everything as I go, instead of having to complete it after the task is done or at the end of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that if your company doesn’t want to grant the permissions needed, you can’t fully utilize Procore as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps not having to carry binders and printed copies around on the jobsite. You can pull them up with the touch of a finger.
Effortlessly Connects Our Construction Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I find Procore easy to access job site information, which is essential for managing projects efficiently. The ability to see access pictures is particularly helpful for speeding up jobs near the job site. I also appreciate how easy it is to communicate with everybody involved on the job site. This communication feature is a great advantage for me, especially because most of my jobs are out of town, saving me from traveling long hours. Furthermore, the initial setup of Procore was very easy, and I would highly recommend it to anybody in the construction field.

I use Procore for easy access to job site information and pictures, speeding up my workflow. It enhances communication with everyone involved, especially for out-of-town jobs, saving me travel time.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization of tools and data is extremely efficient, and the UI feels very intuitive and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! So far the experience has been excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With large projects having so many facets, the management of documents, schedules and systems can be challenging. Having everything in one place increase efficiency and prevents errors in communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I anticipate that Procore will facilitate administrative tasks like uploading project drawings and specifications. I believe Procore's ability to recognize and streamline entering this information will be career-changing. From what I've learned, the initial setup has seemed fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt that more lessons could've had user-interacted exercises utilizing the software (e.g., creating a punch list, uploading pictures, distributing meeting minutes).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe Procore will facilitate administrative tasks like uploading drawings and specifications, RFIs, submittals, correspondence, and punch lists.
Vital Tool for Construction Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore gathers a lot of information in one place, which is really helpful for our construction projects. The features I value the most include Directory, Reports, Files, and Permissions. They are integral to our project management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm finding the learning curve challenging and want to become skillful with Procore as soon as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that Procore gathers a lot of information in one place, helping with project management in construction projects.
Comprehensive Construction App with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Procore saves us a lot of money and effort by combining many required applications into one integrated app. It's also great that the environment gives freedom to each member of a project based on their role. The software makes everything much easier and more professional while documenting all steps of a project from start to finish. Plus, the initial setup was so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if they add an AI assistant and option to change the app theme between light and dark mode.

I like the way information is shared across all parts of Procore, which means that takeoffs are automatically added into estimating and can be adjusted there. For me, the initial setup was very easy.
