What do you like best about the product?

I like how easy and convinient it is to use.

What do you dislike about the product?

So far I have not found anything I dislike about it. Maybe an email messenger would be cool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is bringing a common space to collaborate with the engineer and architect and contractor. My favorite part is the ability to have current drawings in the field as soon as they are made

Procore is very easy to use and navigate. There's multiple resources for our company that we see as an asset

as of right now I don't really see many downsides. I like the fact that we will be able to use Bluebeam with procore

easy access to all of the data used in a project. We don't have to navigate to multiple places for the data needed

I find this application to be exceptionally thorough in collecting the information necessary to support successful project planning and execution. The platform is well organized, intuitive to navigate, and provides a comprehensive framework for capturing the details needed to manage projects efficiently. Overall, it is a valuable tool for promoting accuracy, collaboration, and effective project management.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have not found a down side as of yet. The product is user friendly.

rocore is an excellent platform for keeping project information organized and easily accessible. Its centralized system streamlines document management, communication, and project tracking, making it easier for teams to stay aligned and work efficiently. Overall, it enhances organization, improves collaboration, and supports effective project management from start to finish.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Procore for RFI's, submittal review, specifications and drawings, schedule updates, and inspections. It really helps with communication with teams, owners, and trades. What I like most is the submittal review process, and that Procore is universal in construction. Since most trades and GC's use it to send documents, it's really easy and convenient to track updates to the reviews. The turnaround time is a lot quicker and it limits the confusion you get with email chains. I also use it with Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam.

What do you dislike about the product?

I prefer that if I'm just being notified and not an approver or submitting, I only get important changes like approved, resubmitted, closed.","Allowing users control on what submittal events can send emails, or sending an end of day summary of activity."}

Procore helps with communication across teams, owners, and trades. Since most trades and GCs use it, it's really easy and convenient to track updates to reviews. The submittal review turnaround time is a lot quicker and it limits the confusion you get with email chains.

Procore needs to add quick pop up menus to speed up the process

Procore does an excellent job of keeping our field teams and office staff aligned in real time

The platform is incredibly robust, which means the initial learning curve can be a bit steep for new team members who aren't tech savvy.

It solves the issues of scattered project files and communication gaps, creating a single source of truth for our construction projects.

What do you like best about the product?

The videos are very helpful to my learning becuase I am a very visual learner. Being able to watch someone perform the steps and then follow along on my own is really helpful and is beneficial to my learning.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven't found anything that I really dislike. But the only thing I would suggest is when a program is completed is an easier way of showing completion, when you finish something, you have to go into your profile to see whether or not you finished a certification or not.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am interning as a construction intern and a big portion of that is project management help. So, working with Procore is huge for the company I work for and learning how to use it is very important.

What do you like best about the product?

Easy to use. Everything is easy to find and sign up was a breeze! I can't wait to use it to bid on projects.

Have not found anything yet I dislike. I will let you know if I do.

Getting our name and branding out there. Years ago, Sexton performed a lot of services for construction companies and developers. I will like to get the name back out there.

Document management, drawing review and collaboration among all partners.

A couple processes are too many clicks, commitment change orders are one example. I also don't like the schedule/procurement integartions / tracking capabilities.

Document management and consistency across the organization. It increases performance and efficiency and allows staff to stay organized across multiple projects.

What I like most about Procore is how user-friendly it is. It makes collaboration and information sharing with our field teams seamless, while significantly improving communication and project documentation across all assigned projects. One of its greatest strengths is providing a centralized location for project history and records. This ensures that any new team member joining the organization can quickly access project documentation, understand past decisions, and stay informed, helping maintain continuity and efficiency throughout the life of a project.

What do you dislike about the product?

While Procore is generally very user-friendly, some of our more seasoned employees still find the interface challenging to navigate. It would be beneficial if users had the ability to customize their home page and choose how information is displayed. For example, providing an option to view project areas as folders and files—similar to the layout of a computer's file explorer—could make navigation more intuitive for users who are more comfortable with traditional file management systems. Offering customizable views would help accommodate different user preferences and improve adoption across all experience levels.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

At present, Procore is not solving any significant challenges for me personally, as I am not the Procore Administrator for our company. However, if I were in that role, one enhancement I would recommend is increased flexibility within the Schedule tool.

Currently, the Schedule tool primarily supports Microsoft Project file formats, which limits the ability to incorporate other valuable project-planning resources. I would like to see support for additional file types such as PDF, Word, and Excel documents. Many aspects of schedule planning and project coordination rely on visual aids, reference documents, and supplemental tracking tools that cannot always be captured within a Microsoft Project file.

Allowing multiple file types and folder structures within the Schedule tool would provide greater flexibility, improve accessibility for team members, and create a more comprehensive project planning environment. This enhancement would help teams centralize all schedule-related information in one location while accommodating different planning and communication styles.
