After truck in we cannot delete the party code from indent.

PANDO platform very easy and friendly. PANDO support team also very cooperative.

Sometime Indent and Consent triggering create issue.

PANDO Shipper APP very helpful and convent for truck IN and Truck OUT. Before Pando Shipper mobile APP its difficult to entered Real Truck IN and Out Time. But now it's very easy with help of mobile APP.

tracking of consignment in one umbrella (Inbound & Outbound) and also technical service

In some of cases while updating the details POD Date is unable to updated when their multiple lines for updating.

Then ever the material is delivered to the source, we are able to get updated with in the daytime. Also, in some of the cases when a material is reached at the destination but the authorized person when he/she is unable to communicate to us, through Pando I can be able to get the vehicle and transporter details which helps me most of the times to work fluently and verify the material status

we are not able to do truck out, and also give better response in mobile app and also take more time during truck out .

Please decrease the time taken by Pando during truck out according to me its very helpful for every pando user.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use, and the customer support is also very user-friendly. Whenever I face an error, the support team helps from the customer side and resolves the issue on time.

I haven’t faced any issues overall. Sometimes the application feels a bit slow, but it doesn’t happen all the time.

By using Pando, I don't have to worry about maintaining data every day. It's also very useful to track transporter payments.
Additionally, the Pando support is also very helpful as they usually resolve the query & close the ticket within 24 hours.

Pando creates duplicate indents sometimes & also, it often doesn't capture few invoices leading to recreation indents of those LRs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pando is solving the major problem of maintaining data regularly. Be it tracking of any delivery, or payments of transporters. Through updated data on Pando, we are able to take appropriate action if something seems alerting.
Also, we don't have to worry about maintaining master data of customers, transporters, stock deliveries, payments, etc.
