Ease of accessing all types of information from the computer, from the file tree, to the components, or even the BitLocker key.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickconnect does not always fully install NinjaOne, and occasionally, remote access presents some bugs. For example, the option to view the desktop background may be enabled, but the background only appears if I uncheck and recheck that option. Additionally, sometimes I want to access a computer that is on, but it takes a long time to appear as online in NinjaOne.

Responsive, Reliable, and Feature-Rich
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that it simply works when you need it to. It’s responsive, and it shows logs of what’s happening almost in real time, which makes it easy to follow along. It also has a lot of features, and there’s room to add more so you can tailor it to your team’s specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature lacks customisability and doesn’t offer the functionality we need. Group/smart group creation has to be done from the devices menu, and then the list of groups is in a whole other area, which is just a little annoyance, but it does the job...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management helps us keep apps and devices up to date while also keeping vulnerabilities out. It also lets us work from anywhere, which reduces the need to meet with end users in person and makes it easier to support them remotely. In many cases, we can do the necessary work on their device without them even realizing we’re working on it.

Powerful, intuitive and reliable RMM solution for modern IT teams
What do you like best about the product?
injaOne stands out for its excellent ease of use combined with very powerful functionality. The interface is clean, intuitive, and well organized, allowing technicians to manage endpoints, patches, and alerts efficiently without unnecessary complexity. Deployment is fast and straightforward, and the platform is easy to scale as the environment grows.
Patch management is one of the strongest features: it is reliable, flexible, and provides clear visibility into patch status across all devices. Remote access tools are stable and responsive, which significantly improves daily support operations. Another major advantage is NinjaOne’s customer support, which is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Updates and new features are released frequently and clearly reflect real customer feedback.

What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne is a very strong platform overall, there are some areas that could be improved. Advanced reporting and customization options could be more flexible, especially for larger or more complex environments. Some integrations with third-party tools are still limited or require additional configuration compared to more mature ecosystems.
Additionally, while the platform is easy to use, certain advanced automation or scripting features may require more documentation or examples for less experienced users. These are not critical issues, but improvements in these areas would make NinjaOne even more complete.
