What I like most about NinjaOne is its ease of use and the centralized way it allows you to manage devices, monitoring, and automation. The interface is very intuitive, fast, and clean, which significantly reduces daily administrative work. The agent performance is excellent, and the support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides. In some cases, I would like to see more advanced reporting options or deeper customization for alerts, but the platform is constantly improving and these features tend to be enhanced with regular updates

NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing and monitoring multiple endpoints from a single platform. It enables proactive issue detection, task automation, and faster response times. As a result, it improves operational efficiency, reduces critical incidents, and provides better overall visibility and control of the IT environment.

Use of NinjaOne in a business environment
What do you like best about the product?
Facilitate the massive deployment of software in the company, control Windows updates, create automations, control the entire fleet, create policies and support groups, possibility of remote support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is useful for controlling Windows updates, I don't quite like it entirely, as sometimes the updates are not applied correctly on all devices or the different "OS Patches" windows appear blank.
The Software Patching part could also be improved, so that when adding software in child policies, the inheritance is not lost.
On the other hand, I would like to be able to create "File Transfer Automation," by uploading a folder directly instead of a file or compressed folder. Sometimes it is necessary to maintain the original dates of the files for certain processes.

Simplicity and power in an all-in-one platform for IT management
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about NinjaOne is the combination of simplicity and power. It is an all-in-one IT management platform that allows you to monitor, manage, and automate devices from a single panel, without becoming complex or overwhelming.
In my experience, its interface is very intuitive and easy to use, which speeds up adoption. The automation is efficient for repetitive tasks, and the monitoring along with remote management feels reliable on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, the support responds quickly and is usually well-rated.
Overall, I see it as ideal for IT teams and MSPs looking to save time, reduce errors, and maintain total control, without complications.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although NinjaOne is a very solid tool, there are some aspects that are often considered its main weaknesses.
Firstly, the cost can be high for small teams or companies with tight budgets. Additionally, in some modules, customization is limited: certain reports and automation workflows are not as flexible as in other more advanced platforms.
Its reliance on the cloud also plays a role. Being 100% cloud-based, it requires a stable internet connection to function properly. Lastly, there is an initial learning curve; although the interface is intuitive, it takes time to fully leverage its potential.
These are not serious flaws, but they are points to consider depending on the size of the team and the needs of the IT area.
