Scalable and Intuitive Endpoint Management Solution

  • January 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about NinjaOne Endpoint is its simplicity and efficiency. The platform offers a clean, intuitive interface that makes endpoint management, monitoring, and remediation easy to handle from a single console. Real-time visibility into device health, proactive alerting, and automation capabilities help reduce manual effort and improve response times. Overall, NinjaOne enables efficient endpoint management while remaining easy to deploy and manage across a wide range of environments. Support is also consistently helpful and proactive, and the implementation and integration of NinjaOne are very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne is easy to use and reliable, there are some areas where it could improve. Advanced reporting and analytics options are somewhat limited, especially for larger or more complex environments that require deep customization. Certain advanced configurations and recovery scenarios offer less flexibility compared to more specialized standalone tools. Additionally, some features may require deeper documentation or granular control to better support highly customized workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing and maintaining endpoints efficiently by providing a centralized platform for visibility, control, and automation. It addresses common endpoint management issues such as lack of real‑time insight into device health, inconsistent patching, manual troubleshooting, and delayed response to endpoint issues.
By offering real‑time monitoring, proactive alerting, and automated remediation, NinjaOne enables quicker identification and resolution of endpoint problems before they impact users. Centralized patch management ensures devices remain secure and up to date, reducing vulnerabilities and minimizing downtime. Remote access and troubleshooting capabilities further simplify endpoint support, allowing issues to be resolved faster without user disruption. Overall, NinjaOne improves operational efficiency, enhances endpoint stability, and supports a more proactive and scalable approach to endpoint management.

NinjaOne: centralized, simple, and efficient IT management

  • January 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about NinjaOne is its simplicity without sacrificing power. In particular:

Intuitive interface that allows for quick endpoint management.

Solid automation (scripts, policies, and alerts) that saves a lot of time.

All-in-one RMM: monitoring, patching, remote access, and backups from a single console.

Agent performance and stability.

Fast and truly helpful customer support.

Overall, it makes daily IT work easier and improves operational efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about NinjaOne:

Price: it can be high for small teams or tight budgets.

Limited customization in some reports and dashboards.

Patch management: works well, but sometimes requires fine manual adjustments.

Dependence on scripts for advanced tasks (not everything is "click and go").

Learning curve in more complex automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves several key problems in IT management, and this translates into very clear benefits:

Problems it solves

Lack of visibility over endpoints, servers, and devices.

Manual and reactive management of incidents and maintenance.

Inconsistent patching of operating systems and applications.

Slow remote support or dependent on multiple tools.

Difficulty in scaling IT management as the organization grows.

How does this benefit me?

It gives me centralized control of the entire infrastructure from a single console.

It allows for proactive detection and resolution of problems before they affect the user.

It reduces operational time thanks to automations and policies.

It improves service continuity and security.

It frees up time to focus on strategic tasks, not just reactive support.

In summary, NinjaOne simplifies the daily operation of IT and increases team efficiency.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to run scripts and applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a day when there was a patch that didn't allow me to connect remotely to the devices and it rejected the connection, and I didn't know why it was happening. It was chaotic, and I had a very hard time because I thought it was due to excessive CPU usage since it was spiking to 100%, and it was very confusing. It happened on Friday, December 12, 2025.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Run scripts and applications very easily, and in the activities, everything I do is shown.

What do you like best about the product?
I find NinjaOne Remote faster and more reliable than the previous MDM we had. In the event there are any issuse I can use Splashtop as a backup.
The interface is modern looking making it easy to navigate. Having the system overview, installed software etc makes life very easy to find information I need.
Customizing the Dashboard give a quick clear view of device health, patching or issues.

We use it for installing software and deploying patches and updates. It also supports remote assistance, which makes it easier to help users without being on-site. On top of that, we monitor hardware for potential issues and handle the resolution of whatever other problems the end user throws at us.
