Simple Management Interface with Broad Functionality

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
simple management interface and a broad range of functionality
our support and customer success team are regularly available for answering questions and inputting how we may take advantage of using the platform to it's full potential. My team are using the platform most days, and have consolidated some other products we use internally into Ninja.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the product features are still in their inception and not overly mature. The ticket application is okay for the basics, but lacks a lot of depth and may still require a 3rd party/alternative system for teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single vendor product that has multiple features. most things are do-able in ninja, which then means we aren't trying to utilise or integrate may 3rd party platforms.

Clean, Fast, All-in-One IT Management with Truly Helpful Support

  • February 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne stands out thanks to its clean, intuitive interface, which is easy to navigate from day one. It combines patching, monitoring, and remote access in a single, streamlined platform, so everything feels cohesive. The automation features save time on repetitive tasks and help reduce human error.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and analytics can feel limited when you have more advanced requirements or need executive-level insights. Pricing can also rise as you scale the number of devices and add add-ons. Scripting and automation are powerful, but they come with a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps address the complexity of managing and securing multiple endpoints across different environments. It brings monitoring, patching, and remote access together in a single, easy-to-use platform, which makes day-to-day administration more straightforward. Automated alerts and remediation help reduce downtime and cut down on manual intervention.

Clean, Fast All-in-One RMM with Automation and Remote Access That Just Works

  • February 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Clean, fast UI – it’s genuinely pleasant to use. You don’t feel like you’re fighting the tool to get basic info.

All-in-one visibility – patching, monitoring, remote access, scripting, alerts… it’s all in one place instead of duct-taped together.

Automation that actually helps – policies + scripts + alerts can quietly handle a ton of routine work without constant babysitting.

Remote access that just works – quick, reliable, and integrated (no jumping between tools).

Great support reputation – NinjaOne is known for being responsive and human, not “submit a ticket and wait 3 weeks.”
What do you dislike about the product?
Price can add up, especially for small teams

Reporting isn’t super deep

Some advanced security features are missing

Setup/automation takes time to get right
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What problems NinjaOne solves:

Centralizes device management (Windows, macOS, servers) in one place

Automates patching, alerts, and routine maintenance

Gives fast remote access without extra tools

Tracks health and performance across the environment

How does that benefit me

Saves time — fewer manual tasks every day

Reduces outages — systems stay patched and monitored

Improves visibility — know what’s happening everywhere instantly

Streamlines support — faster troubleshooting and remote fixes
