Powerful Yet Lightweight RMM with a Clean, Intuitive Interface

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne stands out for being powerful without feeling heavy. The interface is clean and intuitive, so techs can get productive quickly instead of fighting the tool. It’s fast and reliable, with a lightweight agent and responsive remote access, which really matters during incidents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is limited, advanced automation can be clunky, non-Windows support is weaker, and costs can add up as you scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the problem of fragmented IT tools by putting monitoring, patching, and remote support in one place. That means fewer issues, faster fixes, and less time spent on routine work.

Clean, Fast, and Powerful RMM That Makes IT Admin Work Effortless

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne’s biggest strength is how easy it is to use without sacrificing power. The interface feels clean, fast, and intuitive, which makes day-to-day admin work smoother and less frustrating. Patch management has been reliable for me and is easy to track across devices, so I can quickly see what’s been handled and what still needs attention. Automation and scripting are flexible without being overly complex, which helps me streamline routine tasks without a steep learning curve. Support has also been responsive and knowledgeable whenever I’ve needed help. Overall, it comes across as a tool built by people who understand real IT workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Here are some common dislikes about NinjaOne. Pricing can add up quickly as endpoints and add-ons scale. Reporting is solid, but it isn’t especially deep or highly customizable. Some of the more advanced features still feel fairly basic compared to specialized tools. Alerting can also get noisy if you don’t spend time tuning it carefully. The mobile app feels limited compared to the web console. Integrations are improving, but the overall ecosystem is still smaller than competitors. Finally, a few features seem to lag slightly behind more enterprise-focused RMMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne addresses core IT management challenges such as remote monitoring, patching, and automation across all endpoints. It centralizes device health information and alerts, helping teams spot issues before users even report them. Automated patch management reduces security risk while also cutting down on manual effort. With remote control, support can troubleshoot and resolve problems without needing to be physically onsite. Its scripting and automation capabilities also help eliminate repetitive tasks and save operational time. By consolidating multiple tools into a single platform, it reduces tool sprawl and improves overall visibility. For you, that translates to less firefighting, better uptime, and more time to focus on strategic IT work.

Easy Deployment, Script Runs, and Seamless Background Remote Access

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, especially the way you can deploy software, run scripts, and now connect directly to a computer in the background without disturbing end users. It makes it much simpler to troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile phone apps still need a lot of improvement. As IT administrators, we all know support requests can come in at any hour, and I wish the mobile app offered more functionality to match the full web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used a ManageEngine product for unified endpoint management that was hosted on-prem, and it required downtime every time there was a critical patch so we could ensure the self-hosted server stayed protected from vulnerabilities. Sometimes the upgrade failed, requiring a VM restore from a snapshot backup and then having to depend on their support to assist with remediating a broken upgrade package, leaving the server vulnerable until resolved. Their cloud-based subscription was priced about the same as NinjaOne, but it didn’t include all the features that came with their on-prem version. NinjaOne fit our needs, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision.

Easy Setup and a Single Pane of Glass for Endpoint Management

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The installation was easy and quick, and I really like having a single pane of glass to do everything you need on an endpoint is amazing. Life is so much easier pushing updates out and remotely connecting to devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
PC that are offline show as unknown. I wish the unknown devices were only ones that haven't connected to NinjaOne in a specified number of days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has solved my Patch Management issues, given me a Ticketing System, and a remote access platform all in one. I no longer need to bounce between multiple systems to manage my endpoints.

NinjaOne - A Useful, Robust Platform for Our Needs

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The straightforward way the NinjaOne environment is customizable, plus the ease of device management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some settings are confusing or obfuscated, and it's missing a couple of key features that our use-case would really benefit from. Ticket tracking metrics are still underdeveloped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our device patching management is optimized thanks to NinjaOne. We can easily deploy software and certificates, and the PowerShell/batch scripting integration is incredibly robust for us. Our ticketing is also managed by NinjaOne, which we're still trying to build out to suit our environment to the degree we would like.
