Easy Remote Device Management and Maintenance Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Easy remote management of all our devices is a big part of our requirements. with Ninja1 we can do this whether IT or the user are in an office or out and about. We can also remotely manage updates and do background maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
a few elements of setting up automation can be slightly difficult but there is a good support desk resource who can assist
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved is remote access and management of devices. We also have far more visibility of devices to help us gain and maintain Cyber Essentials plus certification
Simple RMM Tool That Makes Deployment and Updates Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use RMM tool which makes deployment and software updates a much easier task

Reporting could be easier to navigate, but is still a useful tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing an all around RMM solution allowing our technicians to provide service to our remote workers, monitor server metrics and deploy software across our environment

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, with a straightforward setup process for additional features whenever they’re needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really comes to mind at present - everything appears to work as expected if i was to to be really picky the automations could be slightly improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ease of access, ease of monitoring, update management is a doddle, device health management is great.
Everything We Need in One Place—Ninja Streamlines It All
What do you like best about the product?
I like having essentially everything we need in one place. We used to rely on different software for backups, email backup, ticketing, and records, which made things feel more scattered. Ninja brings all of these features together in one central location, and that consolidation really streamlines everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things I can complain about with Ninja. Overall, it’s a very user-friendly, streamlined platform that’s easy to navigate and use. The only improvement I’d really ask for is a dark mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the things we’ve really appreciated about Ninja is the consolidation it provides, especially when we bring on a new tech. Rather than having to teach them how to operate 10 different systems, we can focus on getting them comfortable with one system.
NinjaOne is the application you need to run an IT support team
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne allows my team to manage all IT issues in real time. We mitigate incidents before they happen. The ease of use is a game changer for my IT team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our lack of knowledge is the only thing holding us back. But this is something that our account manager is across.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Device updates, access to full device data in a current state. We can view what we could only do before by RDP into a desktop. 100% gamechanger for my company and my IT team.
Instant, Effortless Installs with an Easy-to-Use Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I can install complex software through it, and it happens almost instantly when I want it to happen. I don't need to wait and wonder whether something has been installed or not.
They also provide enough tools for me to get rid of at least two other services we are paying at the moment.

I don't really have anything bad to say about them.

How fast it is, while also providing tools to make a day easier to figure out what is actually going on.

Great interface, great support, great pricing, and a great account manager! Not having to a term commitment is a nice plus as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Needing to start with NinjaOne support for SentinelOne tickets can slow the process down a bit if it's something that truly needs to be handled by SentinelOne.

Easy Daily Use with Automated Patching and Expandable Scripting
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use on a daily basis, takes care of patching automatically through the scripting and is expandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a preview screen before connecting to a machine so you can see if the user is in the middle of something before connecting.

Ninja takes care of a lot through its automation features saving time
Intuitive Setup and Management
What do you like best about the product?
Installation and management is intuitive unlike many other products out there. They support a mobile app and seem to be actively developing the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could be improved although there is the option to use it via a web browser on your phone as well it just feels clunky. I also feel like there list of integrations needs to improve in certain areas such as the accounting packages with their built in PSA/ticketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja helps multiply our effectiveness. It helps us with management, compliance, and security. The tools we're able to leverage from Ninja are invaluable to our company.
