Easy-to-Use RMM with Time-Saving Automation, Reliable Alerts, and Fast Remote Access

  • February 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is very easy to use and has a clean interface that makes it simple to navigate. The automation features save a lot of time, especially for routine tasks like patching and monitoring. The alerting system is reliable and gives clear information about device issues. The remote access tools are fast and responsive. Reporting is also straightforward and useful for audits or tracking improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced configuration areas can feel limited compared to more complex RMM platforms. The documentation is helpful but could be deeper for certain technical topics. Pricing can also feel high for smaller teams depending on the number of devices. Integrations work well but there is room for more third party options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps manage devices in a central location which reduces manual workload. It solves problems like missing patches, slow issue detection, and inconsistent monitoring across systems. Automation improves efficiency and gives more time for project work instead of daily maintenance. Remote access speeds up support and reduces the need to physically visit devices. The overall result is a more reliable environment with fewer unexpected issues.

NinjaOne has limited data retention to be able to see trends over longer periods
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scripting and automation are really good to manage devices at scale.

NinjaOne’s Clean, Centralized Dashboard Makes Device Management Effortless

  • February 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne provides a centralized, user-friendly platform. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, which makes device management and IT automation more efficient. The OS patches Overview screen has all the information we need!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, bug fixes take longer than expected, particularly those affecting report generation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the complexity of managing endpoints by bringing monitoring, patching, and automation into one centralized platform. This provides better visibility across devices and frees up more time to focus on strategic IT work instead of day-to-day support tasks.

Rock-Solid MSP Tool with Super Responsive Support

  • February 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has a super responsive, easy-to-reach support team, genuinely great account managers, and a rock-solid product. It’s stable, well thought out, and has all the features an MSP actually needs—without unnecessary fluff.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren’t many real downsides to NinjaOne. If anything, some advanced automation and reporting options could be a bit more customizable, but for day-to-day RMM and IT operations, it does exactly what it promises and does it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an MSP, NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing and supporting a large number of endpoints across multiple customers without adding operational overhead. It gives us a single, reliable platform for monitoring, patching, remote access, and automation, which replaces multiple tools and manual processes.

This has significantly improved our response times, reduced reactive support, and increased consistency across client environments. The automation and alerting allow our team to be proactive rather than firefighting, while the simplicity of the platform means engineers can work efficiently without a steep learning curve.

Overall, NinjaOne helps us scale our services, maintain high service quality, and deliver a better experience to our customers with less operational complexity.

Extremely Flexible, Powerful Product with a Great NinjaOne Team

  • February 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely flexible and powerful product and the NinjaOne team had been great to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike, but a suggestion. I would like to see more log data available in the console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OS and application patching was our motivation for purchase, but we use Ninja to manage nearly every aspect of our endpoint management. We saved $$$ through their partnership with CrowdStrike as well.

  • February 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is very easy to dive in and use without a bunch of training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ninja remote isn't at the level of screenconnect. I'd say remote is good but not great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for quick onboarding of new clients without the need to allocate more agent licenses, easy for new techs to jump in and get familiar quickly without a big learning curve, and easy to set up automations.

Fantastic Customization and Control Over our Managed Clients

  • February 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Customization tools. The amount of control we have over the system is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stability. We have agents randomly fail on servers that we have to use our backup agent to access to reinstall ninja. This is the only issue I personally have seen as a technician.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access for remote workers, along side update management and automated alerts. Through combination with REWST we are able to generate tickets automatically in Connectwise that would otherwise go unnoticed such as Storage limit alerts, Server tools reporting failure or difficulties among others. We also were able to enable a Remote Support account that is automatically added as a local admin on every ninja install with rotating passwords to access that account. HUGELY convenient for client verification and security.

I haven't run into anything that I dislike about NinjaOne

The problem that NinjaOne is solving for me is the management of endpoints whether they are desktop systems and servers.

Great RMM Automation

  • February 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
rmm and all the auto scripts.. The ticketing is good. but feels a little clunky
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t think the support is bad, but almost every time we have a problem and I reach out, they respond once. If the problem isn’t fixed in that one working time, I don’t hear back from them afterward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster fixes with RMM and the auto scripts. I’m able to push one-off software through scripts to the computers that need it, which is faster than having to go to each machine. We also have remote users where our old RMM wouldn’t work unless they were on VPN, and I like that I don’t need that with Ninja.

Modern, Intuitive RMM with Strong Patch Management and Endpoint Visibility

  • February 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We recently began evaluating NinjaOne as a potential replacement for Barracuda RMM, and overall the experience has been very positive.

The interface is significantly more modern and intuitive. Navigation feels cleaner, policies are easier to understand, and scripting and automation are more straightforward to implement. Compared to our legacy RMM, onboarding devices and organizing them into roles and policies has been faster and less cumbersome.

Patch management and endpoint visibility are strong points. The platform makes it easy to see device health at a glance and take action quickly. I also appreciate the flexibility in custom fields and scripting, which allows us to tailor the system to our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is less comprehensive than Barracuda - it's adequate, but could use some refinement and expanded options. Another useful Barracuda tool is the screenshot feature, allowing us to take our own current snapshot of the client computer's screen - Ninja could benefit from a similar too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to modernize our RMM platform and move away from a more legacy system that had become cumbersome to manage. NinjaOne helps solve that by providing a cleaner interface, better device visibility, and more intuitive policy-based management.

Specifically, it simplifies patch management, scripting, and endpoint monitoring. Tasks that previously required more manual effort or deeper navigation are now easier to configure and standardize across clients. That reduces administrative overhead and improves consistency in how we manage endpoints.

The biggest benefit so far has been efficiency. It’s faster to onboard devices, easier to deploy scripts, and simpler to understand device health at a glance. For an MSP, that translates directly into time savings and better service delivery.
