Ninja One is a great tool to use with a simple UI layout and new features constantly added

  • February 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like NinjaOne because it’s clean, fast, and just easy to work with. Everything is in one place, the UI actually makes sense, and routine tasks don’t feel like a chore. It saves time, cuts down on headaches, and does what it promises without a ton of extra complexity. Solid tool that just works. I also like the integration of remote access to Linux machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really like the initial dashboard experience in NinjaOne. The organizations list can’t be alphabetized, which makes it frustrating to find what I’m looking for. Also, when I’m in the device management view, I can’t just come back to where I was — I have to go through the whole navigation process again. It breaks the flow and makes simple tasks take longer than they should. I also wish NinjaOne would incorporate more backup and AV/EDR agents, since broader built-in or integrated options would make the platform even more useful. On top of that, we still haven’t found an RMM that lets us fully deploy an agent on remote Macs without having to manually go into Privacy & Security settings to grant permissions, which remains a pain point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has been a solid alternative for us, especially since we were relying on just one RMM before. It helps cover a lot of the shortcomings we run into with the other RMM agent we use. The policies and automations are much easier to set up and manage, which ends up saving a lot of time. Overall, it feels more efficient and flexible for day-to-day work.

not really a dislike but looking forward to PSA in the future
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
reduction in labor, organization etc.

Improved Reliability, Speed, and Remote Access with NinjaOne

  • February 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Having moved away from a competitor to NinjaOne, the overall reliability, consistency and speed is much improved. Very reliable remote access with a variety of options and improved policy management allowing us to scales more quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love a feature for direct HTTP through the agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage a over 850 devices (mainly Windows) and we have many automations in place to minimise calls to the service desk. This reduces number of tech required and instils consistency in our work and approach.

Powerful, Reliable RMM Agent with Deep Endpoint Visibility and Control

  • February 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about NinjaOne is how powerful and reliable the RMM agent is. The agent gives us deep visibility and control over endpoints, allowing us to monitor device health, deploy scripts, manage patches, and remotely troubleshoot issues without user disruption. The built-in automation and remote access tools significantly reduce response times and help us proactively address issues before they impact end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn’t anything I actively dislike about NinjaOne. If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be continuing to expand integrations and advanced reporting options, but overall the platform has been very reliable and easy to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the challenge of securely managing devices throughout their entire lifecycle. Remote wipe allows us to quickly and confidently remove company data from lost, stolen, or decommissioned devices, reducing security risk and compliance concerns. Device provisioning streamlines new device setup, allowing us to deploy configurations, policies, and software consistently, which saves time, reduces manual errors, and ensures devices are ready for users much faster.

Easy, All-in-One Interface That Makes Everything Simple

  • February 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to do everything from one nice interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the connect in background was more useful. Not as much functionality as I thought there would be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping me keep up to speed with about 40-50 computers at work, I'm a one man IT here at a big farm. It does a great job of helping me stay up to date with all the computers, and to quickly remote in and help people with issues.

NinjaOne RMM is a great tool!

  • February 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a great RMM tool. daily use, very easy to use/navigate. The RMM agent installer is also a great discrete package, unlike some tools it is not resource heavy and hides in the background going unnoticed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike, however a request would be do see additional MDM like features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the requirement of physical presence of devices with real time live in-depth information. Also running background tasks/scripts without interrupting end users and the remote connect tool is swift and responsive.

Easy Visibility into BitLocker Keys and Windows Versions

  • February 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing all the bitlocker keys and Windows Version
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike NinjaOne’s interface complexity, which can feel cluttered and unintuitive at times. Some features require too many clicks, documentation lacks depth, and reporting feels limited, making advanced troubleshooting slower than expected for larger or more complex environments overall teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves fragmented device management by centralising monitoring, patching and automation. This benefits me by saving time, improving visibility across systems, reducing manual work, and enabling faster issue resolution, which helps maintain reliability and focus on higher value IT tasks.

NinjaOne makes device management incredibly simple. The platform is fast, intuitive, and gives me clear visibility across all endpoints, which saves me time every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike. Occasionally some advanced settings take a moment to find, but once you learn the layout everything works smoothly.
