Simple, No-Fluff UI with Powerful Browser-Based PowerShell & CLI

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Simple UI without a lot of fluff. Powershell and command line from the browser. The searching field under "Devices" is really helpful, easy to find machines with oddball parameters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could upload larger files for deployment. I've had to host the files elsewhere which adds an extra few steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're an MSP, so we need an RMM. NinjaOne fits the bill without trying to up-selling extra features or adding unneeded fluff.

So many RMM tools have extra features that do things half baked. NinjaOne takes care of remote control, patch management, software deployment, and device inventory well. The UI is also really to navigate and you don't get lost in the menus.

Powerful Scripting to Push Updates with Ease

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Having the power to script and push updates etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we where able to disable to not show machines that are offline the ability to now show device health. We have some clients that will leave a machine offline but it still shows in the dashboard as it needs something so tech waste time on looking at issue to find that it is offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to maintain our customers machines and keep everything update to date. Also while providing access to the machines when need be.

NinjaRMM Just Works: Stable, Reliable, and Actively Developed

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Ninja is that it just works. We have used other RMMs that randomly disconnect, have issues deploying, or are not customizable. NinjaRMM been incredibly stable and is still actively being developed by the people that started the platform. Many other RMM companies just sell off the product and it gets put on the shelf without any further R&D.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides, however, I do wish that they had the ability to build and customize some dashboards for things. The ability to add graphs or pie charts to visualize the data is helpful to technicians working on projects across all clients and customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With every technician having their own account it helps us track who worked on which device and when. Automated scripts and reporting have also been very helpful.

Centralized Multi-Client Device Monitoring with a Useful End-User Portal

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to provide services to multiple clients through Organizations, each with their own devices and tickets. I really like how centralized and detailed the device monitoring is, and it makes it easy to stay on top of everything. The end-user portal is also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we need to implement visualization dashboards so we can get a clear, concise view of every device for specific organizations. Right now we’re looking at ways to do this with external software, since NinjaOne doesn’t offer that capability, and we’d really benefit from having something native.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to monitor every detail of devices across multiple clients, so we can act proactively. Its ticketing system is also quite complete and very useful.

Easy App with Powerful Remote Asset Administration

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the app as well as the ability to administer assets remotely.
Installation of the application is very simple giving us both msi and exe options for Windows machines which in turn allows for mass deployment via GPO.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering the list can be a bit tricky but once you have a filter you are happy with, you are able to save it for quick access going forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us as engineers to be more efficient when managing calls from users who are experiencing issues.
Soon as the issue is raised we are able to see a summary of the machine which tells us useful information such as machine up time, live CPU/disk and memory usage, OS version... This on its own saves the engineers troubleshooting time significantly per call.

Simple administration, clear navigation, and seamless system integration

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Simple administration, clear navigation, and good integration into existing systems
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no negative things that our company can currently identify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
However, the manual patching of this is taken over by Ninja to our great satisfaction.

Uncomplicated device management and software distribution with practical support functions

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Uncomplicated device management and software distribution as well as practical support functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initially somewhat misleading menu navigation - e.g., for software packaging/distribution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confusing domain structures that cannot be centrally managed via, for example, Intune? No problem for NinjaOne. Flexible management of all connected devices.
