Simple, Efficient Endpoint Management with Powerful Automation

  • February 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is its simplicity and efficiency in managing endpoints at scale. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, which significantly reduces onboarding time and improves daily operational workflows. The centralized dashboard provides clear visibility across devices, alerts, and patch status, allowing for quick issue identification and resolution.

What is most helpful about NinjaOne is its automation capabilities. Automated patch management, monitoring, and scripting save a considerable amount of time and reduce manual effort. The reliability of remote access tools and real-time monitoring ensures faster response times and better overall system stability. Overall, NinjaOne improves productivity, enhances security posture, and streamlines IT management processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I do not have any significant dislikes about NinjaOne. The platform has been reliable, intuitive, and consistently meets our operational needs. Any minor issues we’ve encountered have been addressed promptly, and overall the experience has been very positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving the challenge of managing and maintaining distributed endpoints efficiently from a single, centralized platform. It eliminates the need for multiple disconnected tools by combining monitoring, patch management, remote access, automation, and reporting into one unified solution. This significantly reduces complexity and improves visibility across our entire IT environment.

By automating routine tasks such as patching, alerting, and remediation, NinjaOne minimizes manual effort and reduces the risk of human error. It allows us to proactively detect and resolve issues before they impact end users, which improves system reliability and security. As a result, we experience less downtime, faster response times, improved operational efficiency, and stronger overall endpoint management.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a clean interface, strong automation, reliable patch management, and very good customer support—all in a fully cloud-based platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be higher than that of some competitors
Limited built-in PSA features (often require third-party tools)
Some advanced automation/reporting could be deeper
Occasional UI quirks as features evolve

Unified, Policy-Driven Control Plane for RMM, Patching, Remote Control & Asset Intelligence

  • February 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It unifies RMM + patch orchestration + remote control + asset/software intelligence into a policy-driven, automatable control plane.
What do you dislike about the product?
The asset management system does not automatically record peripheral devices with serial numbers and assign them to the device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves OS patch governance at scale: it centralizes discovery, approval, scheduling, enforcement, and compliance evidence across the endpoint fleet - reducing patch latency, vulnerability exposure, and configuration drift while improving SLA reliability, auditability, and ops efficiency (less manual patching, fewer incidents, lower MTTR).

Powerful Automation + Ticketing in One Tool with Highly Customizable Scripting

  • February 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Using automation and ticketing in one tool, I can customize a lot of scripting while using Ninja.
What do you dislike about the product?
You get a full list of the clients you’re managing, and you can see them in “real” time. One downside for me is the refresh rate: it can’t be set lower than 1 minute, and in some cases it would be helpful to be able to go lower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticketing, and controlling OS updates and policies all in one place.

Simple, Efficient IT Management in One Intuitive Interface

  • February 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is its strong focus on simplicity and efficiency in IT management. The platform is designed to streamline endpoint management, monitoring, patching, and remote access into a single, intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne is so streamlined, certain advanced features sometimes require integrations with third-party tools rather than being fully native within the platform. For teams looking for a single, deeply customizable ecosystem, this can occasionally add complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the problem of fragmented IT management by bringing endpoint monitoring, patching, remote access, and automation into one centralized platform.
