What do you like best about the product?
It’s a very intuitive platform, while still being thorough with a lot of useful functionality. I find it really helpful for everyday IT management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I’ve noticed is a bug with the Bitdefender integration: sometimes the infection alert stays active on the dashboard even after the threat has been purged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speed up a lot of process, such as OS and software patching, MDM, and script deployment

What do you like best about the product?
The remote access feature is probably what I use the most. The GravityZone antivirus was also a big selling point for me. I also like the reporting capabilitiles
What do you dislike about the product?
I originally signed up when Teamviewer was a part of the product. They recently dropped support for Teamviewer. That was a disappointment to me but I am trying to get used to their built-in connect client

This allows me to apply computer policies to non-active directory connected computers. It also helps me keep track of and manage patches and security issues.

All in one: automation, remote, backups, metrics, and access to the antivirus

  • February 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The combination in a single tool of details about the equipment, automations, and remote connection along with the ability to perform backups and have very quick access to the equipment's antivirus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the segmentation of permissions can be confusing and it would improve the views of the devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve the problem of managing many teams in a decentralized manner by unifying everything in a panel separated by organizations and allowing the creation of policies for endpoints globally or by organization.

Taking our support offering to the next level.

  • February 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really quick and easy to use - as a management user, who isn't in the application daily, I find it quick and easy to find my way around - definitely saving time & money
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm struggling to find many issues - I see regular activity, but don't always know which technician has actioned something - maybe a technician activity dashboard would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had a very labour intensive device management process - reporting was impossible, however with Ninja, this is now far more controlled and we have visibility of issues and can be extremely responsive with clients.
