Efficient RMM Platform with Excellent Device Visibility and Faster Issue Resolution

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Provides a comprehensive and well-organized view of all managed devices, making it easy to understand system status at a glance and significantly reducing the time needed to monitor and troubleshoot endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the RMM functionality is comprehensive, accessing certain device actions or information can take more clicks than necessary. This adds friction when performing repetitive tasks across multiple endpoints. Simplifying these workflows would significantly improve day-to-day efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With NinjaOne’s RMM capabilities, we now have full visibility into all managed devices, along with the ability to take immediate action from a single platform. This has enabled a more proactive approach to IT management, reduced downtime, and improved overall operational efficiency.

Easy-to-Digest Tabs Packed with Useful Info

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who values organization, NinjaOne is very helpful with their tabs and how each of them are full of useful information while being easy to digest.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the issues I see with products is the lack of education and guidance when using first time. This would have been my "dislike" but NinjaOne has a dedicated tab to that and I think thats very unique.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team oversees a lot of devices that need to be managed frequently. It is very refreshing to see a large amount of data be able to be read easily without excluding vital information.

Been using Ninja One for many years and have tried other solutions that were less efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional times where a client device shows offline because the service did not start properly after a reboot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an MSP having this type of tool is a requirement.

Intuitive UI and Powerful Automation That Save Technician Time

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One’s biggest strengths for me are the UI, automation, and onboarding experience. The interface is easy to work in, which helps when moving quickly between devices, alerts, remote tools, and scripts. New device onboarding is simple, and the automation features save a lot of manual work. Custom fields are especially useful because they allow automations to be more targeted based on device-specific information. From an ROI standpoint, the biggest value is technician time saved and better standardization across endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside has been deployment time. Getting everything rolled out and fully implemented has taken much longer than expected, which delays adoption and slows down the full value of the platform. Once it is in place it is useful, but the deployment process has been a frustration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving the problem of having to manage devices, onboarding, patching, and routine support tasks across multiple tools. The biggest benefit has been being able to centralize that work, automate repetitive tasks, and make new device setup more consistent. That saves technician time, reduces manual effort, and helps support endpoints in a more standardized way.

NinjaOne: A Powerful All-in-One Tool for MSPs

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Ninjaone is that it’s an all-in-one tool. As an MSP, I can get a lot done using N1 alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the flip side, N1 doesn’t perform all of those roles particularly well. Also, getting a solid resolution from their official support team can be hit or miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all our data and resources in one dashboard helps us hand off work more smoothly and transfer client knowledge from one technician to another.

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NO BS. It just works, and when the team says they're going to do something they do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a dislike, more of a 'hope for' -- I'd like to see the Mac MDM functionality better developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
well, it's an RMM, and it does it's job very well. The Ninja Remote is good enough now that you can probably consider letting our security blanket go (Splashtop :)

Automation and Centralized Control, with a Few ITAM Hiccups

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation in NinjaOne; it automatically cleans up disk space by removing temporary files and emptying the trash can when there is low disk drive space. I also enjoy the one pane view that provides the status of all systems, enabling me to directly interact with and quickly resolve problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
ITAM is difficult to setup and import products and it is a very manual process to build relationships between hardware and end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use NinjaOne for patch management and remote control to assist in troubleshooting. It solves software and application issues, automating patch and software installations.
