Simple Web-Based Deployments with Handy Built-In Remote Desktop
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that configuring and setting up scripts, new installs, basically anything with a new deployment is simple and easy. It is easily accessible through the web interface.
Sending commands through the dashboard like reboot or install scripts is very easy. Not the fastest but not the slowest either and it works. I do enjoy have the built-in remote desktop feature. It makes it simpler to where we do not need to have any other 3rd party software.

What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot really say any downsides as our enterprise uses it at it's most basic level for patch management and onboarding new devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are enjoying the built in remote aspect and the pricing and affordability of it adding on to the account. It makes it easier for us to consolidate 3rd party software in to 1 thing.
Easy Device Management, Fast Automation, and Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to administer devices. Making new packages is easy, deploying updates is a breeze. I am now trying out the backup platform and really enjoy how simple it is to setup. Integrations are easy and most work out of the box and if they don't the support or the ninja dojo usually has a good guide to set you straight. The performance is also great, I can kick off an automation or run a script and within minutes I have the result available to me. Pricing is good too given how many features are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get a bit lost in the menu's and have to think about the specific verbiage like overrides vs devices on the policy tab. Other than that though Ninja is a phenomenal RMM tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching, automation, remote management, device access, WOL, asset tracking etc.. it's a phenomenal platform
Top-Notch Variable OS Support with NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
The level of variable OS support is the NumberOne thing for me
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst thing about NinjaOne for our company is that we didn't sign up sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security, patching, management, & helpdesk
Great device visibility, but remote sessions and stay-signed-in need work
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use the Devices view which gives me an overview of all our devices. Being able to see the uptime is incredibly useful when performing a quick audit. Being able to customize names for each device helps keep us organized and efficient. Clicking into a certain device also provides an extensive description of the specifications including the helpful Activities sections.
What do you dislike about the product?
The “stay signed in” feature never works for me. I’m constantly having to use SMS to authenticate again the next day. Remote sessions are also inconsistent: sometimes it says I don’t have the program installed, and other times it just never connects. Even when it does work, it often takes multiple auto-reconnect attempts.
The remote session experience itself could use improvement. Not being able to have the remote screens take up all of my usable monitors means I have to manually switch to each screen, which is inefficient. The NinjaOne academy also feels over-complicated, and the content can be outdated at times.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us deploy scripts, manage devices, and even consolidate ticket management in one place. It saves us time and resources, which lets us focus more on supporting other projects.
One solution for many problems
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and how everything is laid out. I used NCentral before and this is way easier to use. Lots of features and integrations like backups and sentinel one. Pricing is also very competitive
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant say that I have come across something that I dislike but if I had to say anything, the amount of time I have to download a new version of NCplayer for remote access
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access to all computers, we are multi site and cannot travel to all locations all the time. Patch management is another big one, save time messing around with WSUS etc
NinjaOne Is a Game-Changer: Fast, Intuitive RMM with Powerful Patching
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve worked with a number of RMM platforms over the years, and I can confidently say that NinjaOne has been a complete game changer for both our internal operations and the level of service we provide to our clients. We have been with them for over 6 years and will not leave!
In the beginning the supported us completely - total hand holding with onboarding ourselves and clients. They integrate with Bitdefender and other AV but we like Bitdefender the most.
From an RMM standpoint, the platform is incredibly fast, intuitive, and reliable. Device visibility is near real-time, automation is powerful yet easy to deploy, and the overall interface allows our team to operate efficiently without wasting time digging through cluttered dashboards like we’ve experienced with other tools.
Patching has been one of the biggest wins for us. We manage a large number of endpoints across multiple environments, and NinjaOne has allowed us to standardize patch management in a way that is both consistent and hands-off. We’ve significantly reduced vulnerabilities across client networks, and compliance reporting has become something we can actually trust.
On the MDM side, NinjaOne gives us centralized control that simplifies device management across different environments. Whether it's enforcing policies, deploying updates, or monitoring device health, everything is streamlined and scalable.
** and i have to add NinjaOne’s Patch Intelligence AI is amazing! **
Where NinjaOne really stands out is in cybersecurity impact. Patching and etc.
To say i am completely happy, satisified, and confident in Ninjaone is an understand.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i dislike with NinjaOne - it truly checks all the boxes for what an MSP needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving patch management and script deployment. I use it daily.
NinjaOne: Reliable Remote Management with Powerful Scripting
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne allows me to reliably remote into & manage our corporate-owned assets throughout several of our companies. I can always count on NinjaOne for onboarding, offboarding and software inventory needs. Bulk running scripts or scheduling scripts to run has also proven to be super helpful. My most common use cases are the integration with Splashtop for Remote Access & running elevated powershell instances. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, for what we use it for regularly and for the "one offs" we've thrown at NinjaOne, I can't say there is anything I really dislike about the software. It has yet to let me down!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote Access & Elevated Powershell instances. We are spread out across the US & it has been amazing for allowing me to feel as though I'm right in front of the machine. The Splashtop connections are smooth, reliable and high quality. It's kept my team from having to make emergency trips to our facilities to get "hands on".
Flexible, Well-Priced, and Backed by Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, great support, great pricing
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few downsides. Few more feature requests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved from Kaseya VSA to Ninja. It's infinitely better and I don't need to deal with Kaseya
Seamless, Fast RMM with an Intuitive UI and Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
A very seamless product in terms of RMM management and monitoring workstations at a glance. The UI is extremely easy to see and navigate through. It's not a million different things crammed onto one screen, it's divided up in (in my opinion) reasonable sections to keep a technician focused and not all over the place.
The integrations are great, I've integrated with ITGlue and later Hudu, both gave all the details for documentation (FYI Hudu captures more from Ninja than ITGlue regarding endpoint details.) Also with how growing these guys are, many vendors for other tools have detailed documentation on how to setup APIs or certain scripts.
Everything is fast, especially with their own RMM tool. Works great on both mobile and PC/MAC. They offer Splashtop and Teamviewer integrations but honestly, their own Remote Desktop tool has everything you need, from remote assistance to file transfers. You can even remote into a session while the endpoint is being used by an end user without disturbing them.
Pricing and terms are great. You don't have to pay THOUSANDS of onboarding fees (like some other options) or lock yourself into a 3 year contract. They do have a 60 day cancellation notice but honestly that's not too bad.
Their sales, onboarding, and support staff are a breath of fresh air. At least in my experience, I wasn't being pushed into buying a product, but rather approached in a way to see if my company and Ninja were compatible. I honestly did not feel pressured at all during the sales process. (Shoutout to Estefany!) My account managers have always taken care of me directly. Making changes to my account or asking features to be turned on or off is just a text or e-mail away.
I know a lot of people wonder how much AI is being implemented. At the time of writing this review they are working on an AI assistant within the technician portal, but they did just release a Vulnerability Management tool that actively scans for potential issues with out of date software or patch management, and comparing to real time data of what's going on in the world. Excited to see how that rolls out.
Oh they also have an inhouse solution for databack and image backups. Need to upgrade a computer for replace one that died for a C-Level exec who's very picky about their setup? Flawlessly download the image and boot to that image on the new computer and it loads right up just like the old machine.

What do you dislike about the product?
They did roll out their own "PSA" which...they already have their own ticketing system, but this "PSA" was mainly just a finance piece, and it's just not there yet. Which is sad, because many folks (especially those just starting out) are having to save up for PSAs like HaloPSA, or opt into a monster holding contract from Autotask or ConnectWise, or they gotta go to Syncro that doesn't have an integration with Ninja (Yet).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone starting their own MSP from the ground up, NinjaOne has provided an affordable but feature rich product that has me well equipped to take on any new clients. Even when I grow I see Ninja as the premium RMM solution. Also I like not being locked into a 3-5 year contract with a ball and chain.
Easy-to-Use, Powerful Remote Management with Reliable Performance
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about NinjaOne is its ease of use combined with powerful functionality. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it simple to manage devices, automate tasks, and monitor systems without a steep learning curve. It saves time through efficient remote management and reliable performance, which is essential for day-to-day IT operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement in NinjaOne is that some advanced features and reporting options could offer a bit more flexibility and customization. While it covers most day-to-day needs very well, having more depth in these areas would make it even more powerful for complex environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps centralize IT management by allowing us to monitor, manage, and support all endpoints from a single platform. It reduces the need for multiple tools and manual work, which saves time and increases efficiency. This means issues can be identified and resolved faster, leading to less downtime and a smoother experience for both IT and end users.
