Reliable service with great customer support!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see all the information you need before even remote into a customer's computer is beneficial. Alongside the customer support, I couldn't be happier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many updates, which is excellent, but sometimes I have issues with the Teamviewer integration. I do not blame them for it, but having a section to check the ongoing problems would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the need to have multiple services. Being able to do almost everything in one browser tab is invaluable. All we need now is a Google Sheets intergration.

Everything Everywhere, all in One Place

What do you like best about the product?
Consolidated 4 different program suites into one centralized location on one invoice. The simple yet effective ticketing system is easy for end users to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Separate dashboards for BitDefender & Ninja should be combined. There also seems to be a bit of a disconnect on the support side between the two. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single pane to monitor the system health of all nodes. Easily manage patches and remotely install & uninstall software. Get new systems ready for deployment in minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Ninja employees communicate with customers. They are very friendly, courteous, and always have customer satisfaction in mind. Among others, Andre Hinz from the German sales team played a significant role in our decision to choose Ninja. He was very energetic in addressing our questions and requirements, always providing timely responses. Additionally, the technical side of Ninja is impressive. The RMM works seamlessly, and the scripting is instantaneous, making our experience even more efficient and enjoyable. The implementation was completed in just one week, and the platform is easy to use with many integrations that fit our stack very well. It helps us in our daily work and makes recurring task easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The communication with support is sometimes a bit complicated. For example, I report a problem to support and attach all the necessary logs. During the course of the ticket, the entries are sometimes requested again, or the information I have written in previous messages to the ticket is only considered when I point it out again. However, the support team remains friendly and helpful throughout the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Ninja, we have significantly improved our ability to manage our customers compared to using TeamViewer/AnyDesk and dedicated antivirus solutions. Ninja integrates all these functionalities into a single platform, which streamlines our processes and eliminates the need for maintaining multiple management systems. This consolidation not only simplifies our workflow but also allows us to dedicate more time and resources to focusing on the core tasks that truly matter to our business. The efficiency and ease of use provided by Ninja have been game-changing for our operations.

Great product with great support

What do you like best about the product?
You have control over most things, the dashboard is great. Also needed some onboarding and Stephan from their onboarding team was brilliant. The app is also good for diagnosing issues on the move.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most tools there are a lot of options, and we probably only use 40% of it. My only gripe would be having a stripped down view, or a lighter package to suit users of our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have machines in the field are the world that we need to keep a 24x7 watch on, and this is the best tool for the job. We've been using it for years.

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja runs scripts and jobs quickly and reports their status reliably. Its continously improvied and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some polish on things like their backup product would be nice, and further integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to run command lines and other remote tools without disturbing the client is invaluable.
Having a responsive set of tools and automations that run right away when requested.
Looking forward to upcoming MDM support as well.

User Friendly and Full of Features with Great Support

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has great support and is full of features to protect our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the learning curve as a non IT user, however, NinjaOne support is great and very responsive and the documentation is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping us manage our endpoints, and implement Endpoint Security, while protecting our environment and helping us to maintain an inventory of connected devices.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is great. No issues there. Does exactly what you expect of it and is very intuitive to navigate and constantly being improved (with good notice of updates/availability). Everyone I've talked with in the company has done an outstanding job with customer service too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, can't think of anything. There are some features/integrations that I would like to see but their roadmap shows it's already on the way!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a secure, reliable to way to manage my clients workstations. NinjaOne does that and way more to include helping with automatic backups and ticketing.

Amazing tool, easy to use, quick to learn

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using another RMM for two years without being able to handle some basic functions well. Then we tried Ninja.
Ninja is easy to use, with a low learning curve and solves important problems smoothly.
Excellent patch management and simple script creation. High availability of information in the Dojo user community.
Excellent mobile application.
Last but most important, unlimited technical support included, even for learning, even in our language. This is priceless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ticket management is still young and for the moment we continue to use another product.
The price of the Pro version with Teamviewer / Splashtop included is too high for a very small company like ours with only two technicians.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OS e software patch management, automation of repetitive operations and management of the health of the IT park.
A lot of time saved and increased confidence of our customers with predictive diagnoses

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne already offers many useful settings out-of-the-box by default.
As soon as a client or server has been deployed, you can enjoy the benefits directly.
With other providers, you first have to configure in a complicated way how the software should behave.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there are currently not many integrated PowerShell scripts in the library.
With the past updates, some were added little by little.
It would be nice to see NinjaOne provide several points of best practice in the area of guidelines in general and also just in the libraries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does the patching of the Windows OS and third-party applications for me. This leaves me more time to concentrate on my essential tasks.
In addition, it is also possible to communicate the benefits to management via reporting.
