NinjaOne: Intuitive RMM That’s Easy to Master

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a very intuitive RMM platform, since taking over this role back in January, it has quickly become one of my favorite tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Truth be told in my time using this service, I haven’t found much of anything at all that I dislike. I feel that someone with less experience could pick it up and be successful in no time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us in keeping our endpoints up to date and monitored with ease. It benefits me greatly, due to being a one person IT team for a mid size business.

Ninja’s Real-Time Updates Save Us Hours on Service Desk Troubleshooting

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is a very powerful tool in that it updates in real-time and saves our Service Desk staff hours of time in in-person troubleshooting and remediation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I could pick anything about Ninja that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing management machines securely and remotely. No more walking up to servers to manage them.

Intuitive, Easy-to-Use Remote Desktop Tool

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is a strong point. The UI feels intuitive, and the tools are straightforward and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
This remote desktop tool isn’t very good overall, and it especially doesn’t work well on mobile. It used to integrate with Teamviewer, but that’s no longer an option, which makes it less useful for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for remote patching, antivirus, and management of our endpoints across nine locations.

NinjaOne’s RMM Is a Powerful, Affordable One-Stop Shop

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that NinjaOne serves as a one stop shop for RMM, Ticketing, EDR management, data repository, etc. I especially like the RMM as it provides so much control at your fingertips and I am only barely scratching the surface of all that it provides. The RMM has made support so much easier for my techs. With this feature alone we are reducing travel time and increasing response time with our clients. It has also made Onboarding a much smoother process, which our clients like. For all that you get with Ninja One, the price has been quite affordable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not discovered any down sides currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is allowing us to spend more time actually supporting our clients by being able to respond remotely rather than drive to client sites to address their needs. This results in a savings for us and has increased our client satisfaction.

Powerful and Reliable RMM with Great Automation

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about NinjaOne is its intuitive UI and solid automation features. It makes it easy to manage and automate tasks like patching, monitoring, and scripting, which saves a lot of daily manual work.
Integrations work reliably, and the platform performs well even with many endpoints. Onboarding was straightforward, and support has been helpful when needed.
From my perspective, it offers good value for the time it saves and the efficiency gains. The built-in smart features also help streamline routine work and improve visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, there are practically no disadvantages compared to the benefits the platform provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us primarily with remote management and monitoring of our customers’ devices. It gives us a centralized view of all endpoints, which makes it much easier to detect and react to issues quickly without needing on-site access.
The automation capabilities are also a big benefit, especially for tasks like patch management, maintenance, and routine system checks. This reduces manual effort and allows us to standardize processes across different customer environments.
Overall, it improves response times, increases efficiency, and helps us manage a larger number of systems with less operational overhead.

Easy to Use, Fast, and Very User-Friendly

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It´s easy to use, fast and very friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I am very satisfied with the platform. However, if I had to mention something, it would be the steep learning curve for junior technicians. Because NinjaOne is so feature-rich and powerful, it can be a bit overwhelming at first for someone just starting out to navigate all the advanced configurations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne eliminates the complexity of managing multiple platforms by consolidating everything into one tool. It benefits me by streamlining my workflow through automation, significantly reducing the time I spend on manual updates and system monitoring

Fast-Moving Monthly Updates and a Vendor that's approachable

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne Is fast paced fast moving software vendor meaning they're being new feature updates monthly, They also really do listen to their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting still needs a bit more work. Being able to natively calculate availability across all devices, as well as average resource utilisation, would significantly improve the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making automation easy. You could argue that other RMMs offer the same automation functionality as NinjaOne, but NinjaOne makes automation more accessible. It’s easy to understand and straightforward to implement.
