Ninja One: A True All-in-One for Remote Access, Patching, and Scripting

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it’s an all-in-one platform. I can remote in when I need to, patch my endpoints, and run scripts as necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any dislikes about Ninja One.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja One helps us avoid having to worry about vulnerabilities on our network, and they also do a good job of keeping their agents free of vulnerabilities. That was one of the main reasons we switched from our previous patch management and remote solutions.

Pretty much all of them, being able to do all the things is nice.

Smooth Remote Support with Flexible Device Management

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Great for remote support. One thing I like is that you can manage devices without fully taking them over like deleting files or running scripts.

Remote access is very smooth and you don’t need somebody’s id to take over their computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes after restarting a computer it takes a minute before you can connect but I think that is more an issue from the pc that it is taking a moment to start up ninja after restarting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to ask the user that you are helping for a teamviewer id and password
You only need to know their name or pc name which saves a lot of time on the phone

NinjaOne Makes Patch Management Easy, Even for a Small Team

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see which PCs are missing critical software updates and then deploy those updates is really helpful. Previously, with a very small team, it was nearly impossible to stay on top of any non-Microsoft updates. NinjaOne allows us to keep everything patched.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature needs improving. PCs that are off are reported as unknown despite having been patched recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing the patch status of the estate and being able remedy issues quickly. It helping us gain Cyber Essentials accreditation.

Ninja Platform: Fast, Reliable, and Easy to Navigate with Great MSP Integrations

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Ninja Platform has a very easy user interface to navigate and all information is available in a easy way for an engineer to find. The integrations are great for for MSPs which allow automatic billing and asset management from your PSA solutions. Compared to the other products that I have tried Ninja has by far been the best solution in terms of speed and reliability and it's cost per unit is better than the other solutions.

The AI Intelligence still has some way to go but the useful features like summarising what issues users may face installing Windows Updates can help an engineer choose whether or not to approve a patch.

The support is good, and responses are fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst the support team is good, the results are inconsistent, I've contact support with what I believe to be a simple request a get what feels like a canned response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation has been a major driver in helping engineers work more efficiently. Ninja provides a solid platform for scripting, and it’s made even easier by the ability to apply scripts through policies, which supports a consistent, uniform rollout across an organisation.

Fast Remote Access and Reliable Patching with NinjaOne

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite parts of NinjaOne are the ability to remote connect to a computer either through splashstream or just through explorer. Coming in a close second is the patching of systems
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the backup system could be refined and given more abilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe they are taking a look at the things they could use a makeover such as the backup system. This allows me to be able to look forward to a more complete single pane of glass for support.
