Fast, Clean UI and Reliable Features That Just Work

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Fast and clean UI. The number of features is behind the competition, but the ones that are available work as expected, which is a good experience overall.

There are minimal to no logs available in the web UI when something doesn’t work, which makes troubleshooting difficult. The inventory feature also needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hardware management is much easier with NinjaOne, and it helps streamline my day-to-day work. I also appreciate the automation of routine tasks, which makes ongoing maintenance simpler and more consistent.

What do you like best about the product?
Their suite of security, remote access, ticketing, and patch management tools works very well overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I don’t have a dislike of any portion of their suite
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is handling our ticketing, inventory (both software and hardware), remote access, and patch management.

We moved from another solution because they couldn’t fulfill our need to patch management. NinjaOne is successfully patching our systems. All other services are easy to use and function exactly as we need them to.

NinjaOne Streamlines Remote Access with Single Sign-In and Better Asset Visibility

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We upgraded from LogMeIn Pro to NinjaOne. With LMI, we had to sign in to LMI and then, once we started a remote session, sign in again on the connected computer. If that computer wasn’t on our VPN, we also had to use a temporary password. NinjaOne streamlines this with a single sign-in to NinjaOne. NinjaOne also does a better job of identifying computer components for hardware and software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in awhile I can't remote to a computer getting an error message. The issue clears up on its own but if its time sensitive, this could be a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly got NinjaOne for the remote control aspect. I also really appreciate how easy it is view single or multiple monitors at the same time. There approach is fantastic.
