What do you like best about the product?
How easy it was to set up and get going. The ease of use was excellent compared to Solarwinds.

NinjaOne does everything!

  • March 04, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja's ability to streamline our endpoint management is priceless.
From Windows desktops to Android device management, NinjaOne does it all.
The Apple and Android MDM capabilities are what really sets NinjaOne miles above the rest, to be able to manage all of our devices irrespective of platform is a game changer.
The real-time performance metrics are incredible and allow my team to manage all of our endpoints quickly and effectively, saving time, money and valuable resources that we can deploy elsewhere with the knowledge that NinjaOne has us covered.
The number of integrations is also really good, be it end-point security, remote management or backup, NinjaOne has it covered.

The on-going development of NinjaOne is also great to see. In the 4 years or so that I've been using NinjaOne, it's developed so much, so it's exciting to see where it will be in the next 5 years!

A shout-out to or account Manager, Marco. He's always approachable, knowledgeable and down-to-earth - such a great guy!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to say, I like all of Ninja's features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software Patching - We can ensure patch compliance much easier with NinjaOne than we could with WSUS.
Reporting on software patching is very good too.

Proper RMM - Giving us full metrics of devices as and when my team need them.

MDM - Managing both Apple and Android devices in the same platform as our Windows endpoints is really useful.

Ninja has been a very useful tool for our environment at multiple levels.

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is very user friendly and has a very resourceful userbase and support. I'm on the discord server for Ninja and its been very useful to see what other people utilize Ninja for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst thing is probably the Ninja client uninstall process. When someone deletes a computer from Ninja and we want to add it back later it seems that you have to dive into the registry to get it to fully uninstall then reinstall afterwards. Some sort of tool would be nice to have to do a complete uninstall of the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making patching easier to manage. User support more streamlined with the new ninja remote. Overall making my job more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate and super easy to find out vital information regarding devices when troubleshooting issues remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to add some more customisation such as branding or adding our own icons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and simple remote access, however the biggest problem it solves for us is deploying software remotely.

NinjaOne is THE RMM Solution

  • February 29, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Aside from their full suite of features, their support team is by far the best I've used in any industry. Microsoft could learn a thing or two from their support model. Their account manager team far exceeded my expectations. I've personally used Pulseway, ConnectWise/Manage and there's no comparsion. They offer more third-party intgrations than any other platform. Support cases are almost always resolved the same day they're opened.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having used several RMMs over the years I can honestly say I/we have no dislikes regarding NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increases our efficency , saves time and money. I'm a one-man IT department and I can manage our entire infrasturue from my desk. Less trips inbetween locations, etc.

Game Changer in Device Management

  • February 29, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ninja is The interface is clean, modern, and fast. It's the fastest and most modern around. No other RMM is more modern or fast. We use it everyday to mange our customer environments and since it's so modern and fast, it is a joy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main improvemnt I would like to see is support for SCIM provisioning with Azure.

Also it would be nice to have SAML with Azure and multi tenancy support. This means our customers can't use SSO with their own Azure tenant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying Device Management: Before NinjaOne, managing devices felt like herding cats. Now? It's like the cats are all in a row, doing a synchronized dance. The platform's simplicity and intuitive interface mean I spend less time figuring out how to do things and more time actually doing them. It's a big win for productivity.

Remote Management on Steroids: This is huge, especially since we work from anywhere. We can manage devices, push updates, and troubleshoot issues from wherever.

A Support Community That Actually Supports: Their community and support are like having all the answers when needed. Whether it's through their dojo or Discord, help is always a few clicks away. It's reassuring and genuinely makes a difference.

Mobile Access: The fact that I can do pretty much everything from my phone means I'm not chained to a desk. I can be out living life and still keep things running smoothly. It's a game-changer for work-life balance.

In essence, NinjaOne is solving the big headache of IT management by making it simpler, more accessible, and community-supported. It means less stress, more efficiency, and, honestly, more joy in my day-to-day work.

Highly reccomend

What do you like best about the product?
I use NinjaOne every day. It's great for customer support and managing mobile devices. It has a lot of useful features, including automatically pushing out scripts to customer's devices, remotely viewing device events and usage, seamless integration with Teamviewer and Splashtop. The features are very easy to use, and the software was easy to implement when we started using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
MFA always asks for a code from the microsoft athenticator app, rather than give a code to be typed on the app. (I'm just being picky)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja allows for easy remote desktop connections to user's laptops.
Can push out scripts automatically at set times, and to a dynamic selection of devices

Great RMM and IT management software

  • February 29, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
-Ninja is super lightweight and robust, we have had little to no issues deploying it, and managing computers and servers via Ninjas capabilities.
-The capability to run CMD/Powershell/Registry/File explorer changes is extremely helpful.
-Very nice dashboard, easy to use and understand with guides/dojo community
-Very easy to manage and implement into the business
-So far have not had to use customer support too much, but our account manager is great and responsive
-It is my go-to everyday program for user support
-Very easy to integrate into the business
What do you dislike about the product?
-Sometimes, after a computer has been inactive for a while (2+ months, and primarily MAC OS), they seem to never "check in" again, and a reinstall of the software is required to get it functioning again.
-MFA is required often, even when you are logged in. I understand security is a must, but it's frustrating when I need to enter MFA for the 3rd time in a day to run a CMD command
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Ninja is our RMM for the business, without it we would not be able to manage computers centrally, push updates, software installs, check health of devices and more..
-Allows our team to easily see IT assets within the business

Excellent remote admin and ticketing system

  • February 29, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use the ticketing system in Ninja the most and I find it really good, I like the auditing side and the patching software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle to get decent repots out of the system, I would like to see better integration to external analytic tools, like Power BI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile MDM
