A great tool for endpoint management!
What do you like best about the product?
I use NinjaOne every day. I find it more useful than any other tool that I have used in my IT career. NinjaOne. It is simple to implement and integrates with our security software, allowing it to notify my team of security issues. There are many other integrations with other security software and ticketing systems, which are listed on their site.
NinjaOne continues to add more features every few months. The last version introduced custom payloads for Apple MDM, which makes single-app configurations possible and also helps with installing apps that require specific configurations for setup.
Device tags are now available. I can now create tags and apply them to specific devices that will work with automation and device deployment. Unmanaged devices can now be tracked within NinjaOne, such as printers, headsets, phones, and other higher-cost devices, which makes reporting and audits much easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see emails that are formatted in a more legible/readable layout. A lot of notifications are now harder to read and have become a blob of info that makes it hard to find specific information quickly and easily. An example of this is Active Directory notifications. They show as a paragraph of information, and it's very difficult to sort everything out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running scripts remotely has helped push multiple devices at once. A remote command prompt makes it easy to run some commands without the users being aware. I enjoy having a simple file manager on individual devices to view, upload, or download files. The ability to look at the overview of a device and see all the resources being utilized, like having a task manager (performance tab) open. I am up to date on the device with the activity log showing useful information about users logging in and out, reboots, network adapters, scripts being run, and whether they were completed with success or failure.
A recent feature that has been released is the ability to deploy Windows images using a bootable USB. You can store the images on a network share or a local storage device. You can have multiple images stored and named through the software when creating the image. I have already used this a few times, and it's a great time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a superior IT management solution that streamlines operations through a unified, high-speed platform. Unlike other sluggish RMM tools, its responsive dashboard and modern interface make managing endpoints effortless. With robust features like proactive monitoring, remote control, and seamless patch management, it has significantly boosted our team's productivity and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be quite of agent updates, but it does allow stability and new features. We use to use URLs for automation but when an agent is updated, it breaks the URLs in our script. The work around we have in place is to save the installer package and host it internally, but the drawback with this is that the installer is installing an older agents and not the latest one available. We do update the installer manually but this is manual process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to manage our endpoints with TeamViewer, but it doesnt give us all the capablities of a complete RMM software like patch management, detailed system information and assest management. With NinjaOne, it's allows us to do this and more.
Reliable RMM
What do you like best about the product?
With more and more people working remote, and the posibility of one of our offices closing, and going fully remote- this is an abosulte must to have. I use it dozens of times a day, and I couldnt imagine being able to be my job without it. The ease of installation is also something I really like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if a user has a VERY poor internet connection, it may be difficult to connect with their computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A secure way to connect to our devices remotely is our top priority, and without NinjaOne, we wouldnt be able to do just that.
Good features and functionality - makes my job a lot easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Remote management is excellent and automating updates and system feature refinements is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more refinement when configuring separate screens on remote computers. At the moment the functionality isn't very helpful for doing this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to update peer systems - makes things easy.
Easy to support machines remotely.
Good analytic features.

Great product that is being made even better
What do you like best about the product?
Not to long ago we switched over to NinjaOne from our previous RMM. I will say you know a company is good when they let you have 4 weeks with a demo. There is nothing more refreshing than having the ability to really use a product for a span of time and really have time to see what the product has to offer. Ninja is easy to use with out overly populated UIs. We had most of our fleet in NinjaOne in a span of a few days. The customer support has been great .
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not 100% sold on their remote software but I will say they integrate with a number of remote solutions so I don't have to use their solution if I don't want too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had and RMM in place before we switched over to NinjaOne. We were gettinging annoy with seeing how many product NinajOne integrates with when ours wasn't. Also NinjaOnes patching is top teair at the moment.
Responsive. Amazing UI.
What do you like best about the product?
Much faster and responsive than ManageEngine. Clean looking.
What do you dislike about the product?
using it with MAC. Sometimes Ninja needs to be reinsatalled. Sometimes needs to restart Ninja services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its just faster and looks better then other RMM.
Pretty straight forward to use and is quite powerful for what we need in an RMM solution

What do you dislike about the product?
On occasions we have found that there can be issues using the remote connection
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote device manegment and third-party software patching
Just a great product to use
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use, but still has functionality that allows me to effectively manage my clients and provide a first rate service. The support that I recieve from my NinjaOne manager, Ben, has been first rate, I never recieved this level of support from past vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes as such, but I do wish that ceratin enhancements on the roadmap would materialise more quickly, for instance - the ticketing module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me a "one-stop" dashboard where I can see all my clients at a glance is so valuable. I travel for work and I can just open my laptop and see if there is anything to deal with in an instant. I am currently delving into automations and finding the way Ninja handles this is superb.
I am constantly learning about the product, which I love.

Exciting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is user-friendly, easy to use and it has useful features to protect once machine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed that after running a script there is no section to check if the job was successful or not (I have to connect to each machine to see the activities) I think it would be cool if NinjaOne had a job feature for all the machines in one section, that will save us time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me patch a bunch of machines accurately and efficiently.
