What do you like best about the product?
The remote admin option. I like how easy and fast it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing system. Their isn't a lot of things you can do with it. It's very plain and straight forward. I would like more features added such as time spent on tickets and the ability to open and close tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our ability to remote into end user computers.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has quickly become an indispensable tool in our IT management arsenal. Its user-friendly and intuitive interface allows us to effortlessly track assets, monitor systems in real-time, and automate routine tasks that would otherwise take up valuable time. The seamless integration of these features has not only saved us hours of work but also reduced the number of operational challenges we face on a daily basis. The improvements in efficiency and productivity have been nothing short of remarkable, making NinjaOne a vital asset for any IT team aiming to enhance their workflow and streamline operations. We highly recommend it for teams seeking to optimize their IT management processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
One potential drawback is that the learning curve can be a bit steep at first, but once you're familiar with the interface, it becomes much easier to navigate.

NinjaOne is solving several key IT challenges for us. It helps us monitor systems and resolve issues quickly, automates routine tasks, and allows for efficient remote management. This has made our IT operations much smoother, saving us time and reducing downtime. It’s improving our efficiency, responsiveness, and overall system reliability.

What do you like best about the product?
RMM makes it easy for our technicians to remotely manage our endpoints. The patch management also is simple yet very effective on getting our devices kept up-to-date. My Account Rep also keeps me informed about license count and verifies whether we're using all our licenses before billing us for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there's times where services is affected, they transparently notifies us to keep us in the loop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product allows us to seamlessly monitor and automates tasks where we used to remote into the user's computer, disrupting them, now we can do this in the background. Since we receive and monitor potential issues, our users can experience the benefits of not wasting time, having to submit a ticket. We especially like the remote services and command prompt so we can do initial troubleshooting prior to remoting in, getting the issue resolved much quicker.

NinjaOne Review for Jeff Kirn

What do you like best about the product?
The Dojo, of course! There is much in there that helps with the product!
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd like to see more scheduling options around "Patch Tuesday." Since Microsoft kind of laid down this standard on the specific day new patches are going to be released, then we need to schedule around that specific day on every month, no matter what day that falls on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is managing our patching for our workstations and servers for now. We haven't tried any of the other solutions NinjaOne offers yet.

What do you like best about the product?
Constantly adding new features, interface is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of Chat support for easy questions. Opening a ticket just for "how do I" and terrible. Also, I do NOT want to watch videos. Give me documentation I can skim.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have visibility on the devices in my clients.

The initial demo is only a 1/10 of what it can do.

What do you like best about the product?
Gui interface and device management, automation
What do you dislike about the product?
all the videos are good, just with they were even more in depth on some of the topics. I don't care for the Administration layout, I'm always clicking the wrong category and notice this happens with webinars also. I would like to see the availabiltiy to store larger install files, Autodesk files are huge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time

What is better about Ninja.

  • August 13, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What sets it apart from other RMMs I've used is the ability to manager services, tasks and files from the UI rather than having to connect in, this saves a ton of time.

I reall enjoy how easy it is to write and push scripts, and how often the patch management just works, and when it rarely needs to be done manually, it's very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting back on patch failures could have a little more detail. I'm often left with no info on a patch that won't take.

I also wish there was a way to run a report on the performance of specific machines over time. If I need to monitor a machine with reported bad performance I have to do this manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a huge timesaver for checking on specific user's devices, as well as patching.

Overall just a massive improvement over our previous RMM

NinjaOne is simple to implement, intuitive to start using but has depth and is constantly improving.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is simple to implement and intuitive to start using. Our help desk were able to hit the ground running with very little training. The remote tools in NinjaOne are top notch. One recent update added a background remote system session.

While NinjaOne is simple to implement and intuitive to start using there is a great deal of depth to you can dig into to get even more out of the tool.

They continually innovate new features and improve existing one. NinjaOne has a robust roadmap with customer driven feedback. NinjaOne recently added warranty tracking for many major brands and in an upcoming release they will be adding MacOS MDM.

NinjaOne's customer support is also amazing. They are quick with responses and solutions. Their customer support will even help schedule time with an solution engineer to help with training or more in depth issues all included in your standard license.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne does lack in some of the basic asset management item. Assigning devices to user is a manual process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne's Remote Support Tools has helped us support and manage our remote workforce more efficiently. The built in Remote Access/Support tool has been a great boost to how we support the remote workforce. Also NinjaOne's real-time data on connected machines allows us to diagnose issues while they are happening, seeing the processes and performance of a machine as we work on the issue. Their robust scripting library has been a great assist for us. Countless times we've had an issue or problem to solve where there was already an in-depth script already written by Ninja that we could import and utilize in a matter of minutes instead of needing hours to write our own.
