What do you like best about the product?
I've been using NinjaOne for almost three years now, and I couldn't be happier with the platform. The ease of use is unparalleled, making it simple to manage all of my IT services from one central interface. With features like OS/3rd Party Patching, Endpoint Cloud Backups, SaaS Backups, Vulnerability Management and SentinelOne integrated seamlessly, NinjaOne truly lives up to its promise of providing a comprehensive IT management solution under one pane of glass.
A special shoutout to my account manager, Joey, who was exceptional in helping me get started, but has also continued to support my business. He is responses are prompt, friendly and accurate every time.
Overall, NinjaOne has significantly streamlined my IT operations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a robust, user-friendly IT management platform.

It pretty much covers all my bases. remote software for accessing client endpoints, while also letting me know when issues arise so that I can do something about it before it becomes an issue.

Honestly, there really isn't anything I dislike. Maybe some of the integration you all are working on isn't out yet, but otherwise, there are no issues.

It is easier for me to keep a watch on client endpoints, and it lets me manage what's on the devices.
Ninja Patch management just works
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that our team can get patching done for all devices in a short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the only downside is how long it takes to create 3rd party patching for devices. Ninja documentation is difficult to find.

NinjaOne solves our patch management issues. It's very beneficial because we are able to patch vulnerable software quickly.
All servers and workstations in one dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
Sytem status, patch management, and software deployments are easy to manage with Nnja. Notifications of drive status and failed patches via email makes it easy to keep up with everything in a timely manner. I would not be able to do my job with a small team without Ninja. I use Ninja daily to see if there are any issues before starting my day. Simple client install adds devices to my org and policies that install all critical software once added makes Ninja a dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
the install application native script has become more difficult to run. other than that as long as your powershell and cmd skills are decent you can just about do anything remotely. Need to add the fun script from policy to the mobile apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
patch management, drive space monitoring, and software deployment. I use Ninja to deploy software to all workstations at once when new software or updates are required. This saves time as this can be done while users are working and utilizing the workstations.
The tool is easy to use and easy to set up.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the best thing about it. We use it to allow our call center supervisors to reach their remote employees and it was super easy to teach non tech folks how to use it. It was also easy to set up and deploy.

I wish the splash top connection showed all connected monitors. I also wish there was better more indepth viewing of error logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us the abilility to reach remove employees machines and keep them patched. Prior to this tool we had a hard time reaching our CSRs as we all work remote. We are also able to patch machines and run a group of early patch for testing. It helps for training in the contact center as well.
