A Modern RMM for a Modern MSP
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in Ninja one is modern and shakes up the industry standards in a positive way. It's easy to use and device management and sorting is a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes support can be slow to respond about niche or fringe issues that don't impact multiple customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne and their RMM tool solves many long-standing RMM issues we were facing with other platforms and brings endpoint/device management into the modern era.
Everything is very fast in this RMM and we're never left waiting for things to load or refresh.

NinjaOne simplifies our daily business and saves resources
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne makes our day-to-day work simpler and more efficient. The software is user-friendly, and features like the central dashboard and remote monitoring provide the visibility we need. It’s also easy to integrate with our existing systems, making setup smooth and straightforward. Routine tasks are simple to automate, saving us time and resources. Additionally, the customer support is excellent—responses are quick, and the support team is always helpful and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing system could definitely be improved. It lacks some features we’ve seen from other providers, and this is an area where NinjaOne could step up. Additionally, the reporting options could be more customizable to better meet our specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us streamline IT management by automating routine tasks and providing real-time monitoring, which allows us to identify and resolve issues proactively. This improves our efficiency, reduces downtime, and saves both time and resources.
Current system data and memory usage
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja offers a clear compilation and good reporting and evaluation options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps many configuration options in the reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overview of system information for the customer
Robust RMM solution at an afforable price that continues to grow and expand their product offering.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use interface. The integrations are easy to use, especially with Active Directory, JAMF, and EDR tools like Crowdstrike. It’s also very straightforward to integrate, import objects, and then deploy the agent. Creating policies and pushing applications is simple, and updating applications is just as easy. I also love the integration with FreshWorks, their integration with Qualys and Crowdstrike Spotlight for Vulnerability Management. Their Backup product is very competitive for the market, and the documentation in their Ninja DoJo is excellent. We are also using their MDM solution for Android since Meraki SM is being shutdown. Their Android MDM is more consistent, works better and very well built. Finally, we started using their Patch Management system and it does a great job with correlating vulnerabilities to patches. I am still not happy that their integration with third-part vmdr requires an API-relay server, but it is still a good solution. We use NinjaOne every day, and we really appreciate that it includes a native remote tool for the service desk to help employees with IT issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Their ITAM and Documentation system needs work to become as powerful as Kaseya's IT Glue. Since these products are in their infancy, I only expect it to get better with time.
- I am hoping to see BCDR in their backup product one day.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Allows us to consolidate multiple vendors into one platform, save money, time and automate many processes that we did manually.
Fantastic Solution for MSP Providers
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and all the fantastic integrations link ninja Remote, SentinelOne, Azure AD etc. We also have a lot of customers using the system for themselves. They profit from our knowledge and automations, but they can do everything by themself like inventory, Remote Support etc. We use NinjaOne everyday and it extrem easy to start with new customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of MSP support Ninja One is really good but in some cases there is no sharp separation between customers. That's sometimes a bit tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Managed Service Provider, NinjaOne is the product every customer need to have if they want to work with us. Because of all the great features like remote support, inventory and scripting, we can do a lot of tasks without interrupting the customer. That is really outstanding, and it helps us to serve much more customers than before with the same amount of technicians.
Ninja is helping us moving forward

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about InjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of our endpoints and their health status. We patch and monitor them throughout the entire cycle.
Continuous Improvement and Excellent Support, but Billing Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been a customer of ninjaOne since February 2022, and I truly appreciate the continuous improvements and enhancements to the product experience. Even though I’m more than satisfied, my account manager frequently introduces new features that I didn’t know I needed but now can’t live without. The customer service and expert support team are incredibly helpful and always strive to assist. ninjaOne is very user-friendly, and ninjaRemote combines the best aspects of TeamViewer and Splashtop into a seamless remote support tool that’s easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing process leaves much to be desired. When there’s a billing error, it’s not corrected immediately but rather adjusted in future invoices. Additionally, when testing new projects, you’re immediately billed for a set number of devices, even if you haven’t deployed that many. This area definitely needs improvement.
Unfortunately, I also see significant room for improvement in the Patch Management system. It often results in most of our managed devices showing a red or yellow status because updates are either pending or have failed. This is a major concern that needs to be addressed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched from N-Able RMM to ninjaOne due to the high costs and a very complicated user interface. ninjaOne has significantly simplified the entire Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) experience, ensuring that we always have an overview of all client devices. With the integration of Mobile Device Management and direct backup management from ninjaOne, we can manage all essential functions from a single interface.
A well performing RMM solution which is highly customizable
What do you like best about the product?
The simplistic and expansive automation with easy to use remote tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of language translation and poor navigational menus for administration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote asset management.
Modern and User Friendly Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
When compared to othe roptions, Ninja has been a much easier and understanable system to use. The core requirments just work, reliably, and constantly, with constant new feature aditions and communication for support. Setup was simple, like many of these products, one installer and your done. The scripting and API optiosn allow you to go pretty far with automation and integration outside fo the day to day task through the UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some lacluster controls on reporting and visualzing data which sees you need to make some more customs olutons via the API instaid of the UI allowing thsi customisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and overall reliable Asset management tracking
