Ninjaone is a gamechanger if you try to administer all your computers. We really do like the fact that a simple seach gives you all the information you'll need from that computer,

Not Much really. Everything is working as expected, The wake on lan feaurure could be a bit better, But that's more on the hardware side

Ease of access. A good remote client that makes it easy for remote access

it is very easy for as a custommer support agent to remote into a user's enviroment to help them with their issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it takes quite a while for ninja to recognise when a computer is online. when the end user has an ultra wide display the remote session takes over multiple monitors which needs manual adjusting so it's workable.

NinjaOne helps us solve several key challenges in managing our clients’ IT environments. It centralizes monitoring and management, giving us a clear, real-time overview of all systems, which reduces the time we spend troubleshooting and keeps us proactive. Automated patch management and routine maintenance tasks ensure that client systems stay secure and up-to-date with minimal manual intervention, saving us significant time. The ticketing and alert system also ensures that nothing falls through the cracks, allowing us to respond quickly and maintain a high level of service. Overall, NinjaOne has streamlined our workflow, improved our response times, and allowed us to focus more on strategic tasks rather than just firefighting.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation of scripts via tasks or events is a real life and time saver. Remote control or any remote executions works seemless and directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be better, but I think I also need to invest some more time in that :) I'm used to the advanced Query's from Ivanti, where you could basically report on everything that was in the inventory. The file browser could be extended a bit more, why can't I download a folder? I need to select all files, zip it and then download it. And that doesn't even work.

Fixing issues fast with pre-configured automation scripts and remote control to assist our end users.

Pricing could be more transparent. Not always that clear.

Monitoring performance of our customers IT environment. Being proactive is a key element of service. NinjaOne helps us perfectly with this.

It makes it easy to manage multiple endpoints and install or modify features on workstations without any downtime.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne allows us to get notified about issues we'd otherwise miss. Installing goes fast and is simple. We begin and end our day in NinjaOne. Any questions we have are answered quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice if we can easily set up billing, would really be great if it can be integrated with hostfac/whmcs or any other PSA.
The amount of powershell scripts in the library could be further expanded, monitoring onedrive, deleting profiles if disk space is low would really be great.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we didn't have any oversight with all the computers that we managed, now we can easily detect issues and manage patches.
I have used the Barracuda RMM and Ninja is much easier to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be better. Also maybe the addition of checklists within a ticket?

Ninja allows us to have one less person. It is well worth the cost.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best endpoint management, patch management, RMM, and MDM platform in the industry! The ticketing system also rocks!!

I haven't come across anything I dislike at all yet.

The need for all of the solutions mentioned above.

I like the support and the dojo. They make it easy to learn every part of NinjaOne and SentinelOne with available trainings and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say more or less has to do with being unable to just sell SentinelOne to customers that don't want the management, but the protection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja one is allowing us to catch things as they happen in real time to stay on top of maintanence with our clients. We can apply updates, fix small issues that save us time of being on site, and monitor incoming threats with the integrated sentinel one agent.
This gives us an overall more professional look to our clients, and shows them that we are keeping up with the latest practices in CyberSecurity and End point management.
