What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is how simple it makes managing multiple clients and devices. The interface is clean, alerts are reliable, and remote access is quick. It’s solid — you can tell it’s built for IT people who just want things to work right.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform’s great overall, but some of the reporting and automation setup can feel a bit limited or clunky at times. Nothing major, just small things that could be smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is always adding new features with updates that are requested by the community so that is how they are helping me.

The best thing about NinjaOne is its all-in-one simplicity and automation for IT management. It offers a powerful platform that combines remote monitoring, patch management, and remote support with an intuitive interface.

Helpdesk and Note needs more enhancements.

THe ability to always reach out and have a friendly productive conversation, that both solves my issue and creates a relationship with my accouint manager

It is a very easy RMM tool that allows my coworkers to remote intothere computer quickly and effectivly with little to no explination/trainging on my end
NinjaOne is one of the BEST IT management tools we have ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
Having a platform that provides us a suite of tools (RMM, patch management, asset management, backup, endpoint security, automation, and ticketing system) all inside one single pane of glass is incredible, and to have each of those tools perform exceptionally well is a modern marvel. I would have to rank the combination of their RMM, ticketing, and automation capabilities top-tier and easily may favorite part of the platform. I also love how simple and intuitive the interface is, and it just works!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmmm....that is a tough one. Most of the things I dislike are already on their roadmap to be added or tweaked, but if I had to pick something it would be customization of ticketing and the ticket request form. I wish the ticket customization was more robust and I do not like the limitations of the system tray request form. It too should be customizable. I also dislike that you cannot add attachments to the system tray ticket form. I extremely dislike that I cannot approve or deny an OS patch based on the OS. For example, in a mixed environment of Windows 10 and 11, I cannot approve patches based on the current OS (particularly because some 10 machines are capable of moving up to 11, and the automated patch/update will upgrade them), instead I have to reject or approve them by device.

By centralizing IT asset management, NinjaOne provides accurate inventory tracking, aiding in budget planning and preventing unnecessary purchases. Additionally, automated backup and disaster recovery features also safeguard essential data, allowing for continuity in public service even during system disruptions. What do you like best about the product?
Best upside is able to remotely resolve issues , take control of the device . Before Ninja One, had to explain over a phone or other communication app and instruction customer how to "attempt" to resolve any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful - Is what appears to be the constant disconnect of a small amount of a select number of machines with no real resolution on why the keep disconnecting

NinjaOne delivers a perfect easy to use enviroment for both admin and end user. Setup is easy using either downloaded file or URL for installation. I use NinjaOne almost daily to deliver the support our customers need. The level of automation features and remote management tools are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen sizing is sometimes a bit of a pain, with some users having different screen resolutions that aren't all easily supported by NinjaOne.

Ease of use connections for remote support. Easily pushing patches using the interface.
